very good & user friendly product but not durable, touch buttons which are placed either side of bottom line, not working properly and also automatically press itself.

Solved the back/menu button problem but this phone has a very poor wifi connection reception. I use a wifi connection and I seat just 3 meter from the router. Then, it says the wifi connection is too poor. I can't even connect with an open wifi hospot because this phone's wifi reception is very poor. The old Walkman W8 wifi reception is even better than this phone. Try it yourself if you don't believe me. Don't go for this phone. It has a lot of problems.

plz help me i have a problem on. my xperia mini ,the size of picture taken from my mini is only abt 500-700 kb i check all setting bt it cant fix, bt once i clear its lence with patrol then the pucture quality is quite better bt after few days its same is it phon problem or it can fix by sw update plzz hellpp.

This is realy good device with 1ghz cpu it dosent hang in all items it shows hd video and have hd video recording and many many good options

1)Once the un... morenothing to worry..i to suffered with same prob..just take your handset to SE service centre..the will update the software. then everything will be fine

i have a sony ericsson xperia mini ST15i,
1)Once the unit heated up, the two capacitive TOUCH BUTTONS (menu and back touch buttons on both sides of home button) will activate without touching it.
2)phone is vibrating automatically.
3)can not be switched off
4)can not open application and exit that time.
what is the problem and how to fix it?

for heating and vibrating problem i gave it to service centre two times but problem was not solved so i switched to htc explorer and found it greater than xperia mini except led flash and hd recording but it has xoom facility.

i had the same problem about overheat on xperia mini. then i do "root" xperia mini. install "gscript lite", install "touchpanel.sh" in the gscript lite. xmini return to normal. sorry for my english language bad.

Hey guys.. I'm from India and bought this phone about two weeks back.. Its manufacturing week is 11w31.. So far, I haven't experienced any of the overheating or touch button problems, even though I've played games for more than an hour continuously.. The phone is awesome. You don't get such good specs for such a price, atleast not here in India.. Camera quality is good, audio quality through speaker is pretty good too.. And i got earbuds with my phone, the quality of which is pretty awesome too.. Call clarity is good.. No overheating, no lags whatsoever.. Display is crystal clear.. Battery backup is not that good. A few calls, around 20 SMSs, an hour of internet through wi-fi, 2 hrs gaming and 2 hrs of music+FM and the battery lasts for a day.. But the quality and performance of the phone overshadows that.. The bottomline: the best phone for its price range. Go for it :)
