A little small beauty with lot of good features I don't have any problem with this mobile Sony ericsson rocks bravia engine is absolutely bri lliant .Hd recording quality is smooth and it have good speed with 1ghz proccesor

abhishek, 18 Nov 2011my phne is swithching off itself n nt even call anybody for... morego to service centre dude...i hve heard in chennai the exact calibration has been out ..and i hope in ur city also it must have come by now.. so go to ur Servie centre ASAP

hello Friends,
yesterday night, I have updated my Xperia Mini with PC companion software... I was very happy to see Android 4.0 version. but after phone reboots & when I have checked About phone >> Android vesion > is showing 2.3.4 only....... it has to be 4.0.x but not that why so ??
Build version is showing changed to 4.0.2A 0.42 ..also checked there is a 3D camara & 3D Album only...no major changes on UI.
Is it normal...or SE is gearing up for final update ??

Ya I agreee dis cell is awsome and is fast too
It true has problem of touch paid I got dis problem within 8 days have a look on dis video it will twll u xactly wat problem occurs..

But ya den I went for replacement and got a brand new cell from seller and dis new cell is awsome now its almost 2.5 months dont hav any problem with it....

bought this phone and within a week, the capacitive buttons start going crazy. Once it overheats, there's nothing u can do with it. Very disappointing. Not even worth the money.

Hi Siddanth! I have a question because im using this phone for 2months and i haven't encountered the heating problem and touchpad malfunctioning. But my phone get hangs twice i can't unlock the phone using the unlock switch(the one that you will drag going to the right). Is this normal? and it happens to you? But overall the phone is very great cause im using it for 2mos. and i don't experienced any problems execept that i mention, i think my problem is very minimal.

I have been using mini for 2 months, now having this strange vibration issue just after using it for 5min. I have upgraded to 2.3.4 but still the problem exist. Is there any fix for this?

i have buy this phone before 1 month and found it excellent,
up to now there is no problems and the phone is good,
it get the last of android operation system,
very fast in using...

bought the phone about 3 weeks ago and the phone has really started to piss me off now. The capacitive touch buttons work automatically and after a usage of 3-4 mins b'coz of over heating and also stated this problem on the sony ericsson forum where i found hundreds of users facing the same problem in less than a week after buying. Also the service centre guys are not ready to accept any defect in the phone. So I strongly recommend anyone buying this or any Sony ericsson phone for that matter to drop their ideas and switch to some other sensible and having a good QA dept company.

Extremely outstanding piece of technology.
I love its look; small but fast and powerful! perfectly shaped and curved unlike most phone i've had!
Music, Camera and video quality is simply amazing for such a small device!!! But a bit tight on typing and chatting.
At first, we didn't get along well.. But now that i have grabbed its full potential performance, i love it!
However, just a few (But not too serious) things that i dont like:
1. Battery life is too short! Even if you are using it for day-to-day tasks.
2. Its a bit too quiet and reserved. Good when i'm sleeping at night... But bad when i'm in the other room and someone's calling, or to even when i'm having a stroll on the street.
3. Not that comfortable for web-browsing, texting and chatting especially on Facebook.
Overall... I would recommend the phone to average users who just wanna chill back and enjoy a nice, cosy but still high quality phone. Certainly not to businessmen/office users, adventurers or social-networking :-)

When I got the phone it was having some diseases like fever and shivering and after the calibration every problems got solved,but still small heating problems presist(its due to over usage only)never mind the battery capacity becz itz android,at minimal usage it will be alive for hardly 2days,
Over all its the best phone at this price range
I have a question for xm users ,my phones rear speaker sounds very poor.do you have any solution for that?
