I had bought this phone last week, i hadn't use for one day also screen and back button didn't work, vibrating is coming unable to recieve calls. i love sony phones but this one is very worest mobiles from sony, i went to SC they gave replacement. Pls Don't go for this guys waste of money.

AnonD-2956, 24 Oct 2011I've also observed that the key board problem appears only ... morepls listen here there is a fix already for this in service centers pls reach ur service centers for the solution am happy with it rite now working good after a fix it takes only 30 min

I've also observed that the key board problem appears only when the phone is in the pocket.
When the onscreen keyboard appears in an incoming call, by pressing the power on/off button, the screen turns off & after turning the screen on by pressing it again, the keyboard can be removed from the screen by touching the bottom left key on the onscreen keyboard.
Though most of time it can't be done because the power on/off key has no effect.
Anybody have idea about this thing?

Problem in my Second Xperia Mini is getting worse day by day.
Today it also started showing keyboard in an incoming call which cannot be removed by Capacitive buttons or touch screen.
I cannot receive calls.
Heating problem is also there obviously.
Tomorrow going to visit SE Service Center again, more waste of time & money.

I think the malfunctioning of the touch pad cause by the overheating of the phone and battery cannot be fixed but it can be prevented. The touch pad of the xperia mini react on heat so when the phone and battery heats up it became abnormal. I haven't experience that kind of problem. Just like the cpu and the power supply of the desktops and laptops they overheat when you use it too long the, so does the xperia mini. I use to turn off my phone at least 30min to 1hr a day after i charge the battery to cool down the system. i think thats the only way to prevent the overheating of the xperia mini.... Im so inlove with my phone. hope the comment helps everyone having the problem in their phone...

I have a problem with my sony ericsson xperia mini, some time it getting hold and the mobile stacking and not work even the power on off switch not working until I remove the battery, when I go for replacement sony ericsson service center disappointed me.
they take my phone for servicing but same problem i face when they change motherbord also.

Hi! i'am using this phone for a month and i don't have any problems on this mini. Its a very good phone, very fast, good camera, battery life is average, and the build quality is fantastic. well done Sony.

I've been using this phone for about 2 weeks. the phone is so small so tough to hold for those guys who've used big phones. the screen is spectacular and the touch response is amazing. the camera is very good. the phone is fast it barely lags. but sometimes it just stucks and the touch doesn't work at all ana you have to open the back cover and get the battery out then restart. battery is the major problem it drains out rapidly. the loudspeaker is pathetic you will miss many calls unless you turn on vibration(don't believe those reviews. which says that the loudspeaker is good) the phone really heats up when you play games or browse and its common to most android phones. you can definitely buy this phone for the price you won't get 1ghz processor in any mobile at this price range.

Guys, i have heard awesome feedbacks from all the owners of this beauty.. But right now i'm having a slight confusion whether to get this phone right now or to wait for OS update to icebream sandwich as the sony ericsson has announced officially about the update on all xperia handsets... So guys please help me out.. My decision is depending on what replies you give... Also thanks in advance:)
