I got dis today. dis is good. dis is great. menus are smooth and attractive(not smooth as apple4 bt dis is smooth enough for this price). go for this. this is better than galaxy ace.

Is there any specification for memory card which can be used in mini?
Will installing app in memory card affect the speed of the app?(nw i use nokia in which it affects)

I have a corby pro right now and I do understand that texting is easy and fun on physical keyboard. If I am ready to sacrifice the physical Keyboard for an onscreen qwerty, then Xperia mini is the one u suggest, right? because my other needs are better met my mini....

Processor on Mini Pro is also better 1GHz vs 800Mhz, even the ram is better 512MB vs 128MB.
Just compare them at gsmarena and u will find Mini Pro is alot better then Galaxy Ace (accept for the screen .5" diff)

Saad, 06 Sep 2011I am really confused between Galaxy Ace and Xperia mini..I ... more- Galaxy ace better for messaging only if you need a bigger screen to use the keyboard. Alternatively you can buy the xperia mini pro because it has qwerty keypad.
- In my opinion SE phones have better music playback than Samsung phones. I think xperia mini music experience about the same like some Nokia xpressmusic.
- Xperia mini definitely has a better video recording capability than Galaxy Ace.
- I think both phone is smooth. But if you want to use apps for MS office like documents to go, quick office and so on, galaxy ace will lag while xperia mini smooth. Thanks to the 1ghz processor.
- So far I played Nova, NFS Shift, Asphalt 6 and other HD games on xperia mini no lag at all.
Conclusion: I highly recommend you buy xperia mini. You might want to buy xperia mini pro as sometimes I got problems in typing and when playing psx emulator or any other emulator, using physical buttons definitely better.

It is not the android update as such but rather a system update.
Oh, and you cant do this one over the air. It has to be dont connected to PC/Laptop.

I am really confused between Galaxy Ace and Xperia mini..I know mini has better specs and features and Ace has better screen. Here is my usage and please suggest me anyone :
- Messaging(200 sms a day)
- Looking for nice music experience
- Better video recording
- Smooth working experience without lags
- Should play games without lags
- Battery backup is not an issue as I will be able to recharge the battery every evening
Please suggest me anyone of this device....

I have purchased this phone four days before . This is a great phone . Battery is a bit disappointing , but not much problem . It can easily compet with many big android phone .

I got this phone a week back and its lovely by the looks and the feel ... but my battery barely lasts even half a day and its hangs everytime i write a message ....its so difficult ... and cumbersome .... I am wondering weather i made the right choice... anyone else facing the same problem

The Bravia Engine Make Battery last longer or no?

Am happy that i went for Xperia MINI.(Tests done in Xperia MINI)
1.Battery 8hrs 32 mins of continous packetdata using. takes my battery to 17%. Luckily i dint wait for Xperia Ray :)
2.15hrs of music took my battery to 22%.
3.Half an hour of music , 30 mins calls, 50sms,and FB for 15mins. and stand by now my mobile charge is 71%.
With auto rotate, Bravia Engine and animations off.
