i got my mobile replace but ia still having that xloud problem :( i dont get it xloud is used to enhance better volume. the xloud feature is proper when it is in mid range, a little difference can be noticed, but when you set the volume to full and you enable the xloud feature it is low and when you disable it the sound is loud. i really dont understand. does all xperia mini pro have this same problem or am i wrong?

Anonymous, 27 Aug 2011Black.you can take any i.e.,white or black one for a boy.but u don't put the pink back panel which u'll get it if u buy white one cause pink is for girls or u can buy the black one and u'll get a red back panel which is also good.so it's ur choice.

Hey all !! I just want to confirm is motion gaming present in Xperia mini pro?? Coz when i contacted sony ericsson they told that motion gaming is not supported but i have read few comments where owners claim to have played motion games like asphalt 5 etc Please help Thanks in advance

Hey guys, I really confused whether buying SE xperia mini pro or SE xperia play ? anyone can suggest me which one is better ? since both of the device almost have the same features, the difference is Xperia play is a gaming phone, but its weight made a problem for me. While SE Xperia mini pro has everything but i heard that its xloud feature doesn't work well.
Any Suggestion guys ???

I had fears that this second one would have the same problem, because it looks like many other have this same noise.
I didnt look that first phone's manufacturing date, but this new one is 11W29.
Havent tried this xloud-thing yet, but I'll post a result when i have. :)

Guys, i am planning to buy this amazing phone. But i want to about the slide 1)what tupe of slide is it-magnetic or belt 2) Will it last to a minimum of 1 year--I dont mind about the screen size, bcoz the specs overule it...

Mine is '11w32 ! and I am having the anoying issue with the video camera. The 'chirping' noise that can be heard also happens when recording video from the front camera as well as the rear.
I am taking this back to carphone warehouse today and will get it swapped for another one. My fear though is that this model has this problem with all of ones released.
Will let you people know what happens.

My current RAM is around 310 Mb (107 Mb used + 203 Mb free).

anil, 26 Aug 2011hai guys plz reply to this does xperia mini pro has... moreNeed not worry about that man. Not every xperia mini pro has Xloud problem. If you find the sound is getting low when you enable the xloud then there is a problem with it and you can get it replaced.

AnonD-3837, 25 Aug 2011I had tested it on Arc so there's no reason it won't run on... moreyeah man i know it, both use the same firmware and i did not say that it would not run on xperia mini pro. It would surely run in this mobile also, well the xloud feature was working fine for 2 days then only came the problem. It got lower and lower. so i took it to sony ericson service centre and they issued the certficate for replacement for mobile and now there is no stock in showroom( that is univercell) the vendor. it has been 2 days without my xperia mini pro :( feel like my hand is broken without it. I just love that mobile:)

I try to inform as may people as I can... I posted this to SE:
"I received my Xperia Mini Pro today, which is a fabulous phone except for one flaw. Unfortunately as many of the existing buyers, I also became aware of the problem that our Xperia Mini Pro has got a strange electrical-static background noise in the up-right corner of the device (as far as I could figure it out, when the screen is on), you can hear it if you put your ears close, so it's not limited to video recording and this doesn't promise any good concerning the long term operation of the phone.
This problem has been detected weeks ago, when many users heard on playback that they recorded sth strange static noise on their video, however, apart from dim sentences on some investigation, we didn't get any clarification from SonyEricsson on any steps towards solution.
All I need is a clear confirmation of the characteristics of the problem from SE, information on the repairment of our device or change it to a phone that operates without this noise, thanks!
Can you help me giving meaningful info on this topic?! Should I return my phone, or is the problem repairable? I wouldn't copy here the shaking off answers on mail from SEAnswers Customer support, please answer correctly, as you'd like to receive a clear answer being in my place."
Owners pls test your device: activate your screen e.g. by switching on camera... then put the upper right edge of the phone to your ears, while screen remains active and listen to the electrical noise there... I can't imagine this won't ruin the phone on longer term... please contact SE and grow the snowball to make this priority!!
