i want to buy this phone as soon as it releases here in philippines, but while reading all the comment here, i have a doubt for buying it immediately or i wait for a better or either well reviewed by SE.. but im sure i will this phone.. does anyone have the problem of the noise while capturing videos?? and the white color is good also for a man like me? is it not to feminine?? thanks to those will answer, i will value it a lot!

Tou... moreThank you for your post my friend..u described the noise very well the example was very good..i need another help from u n others..the noise we are talking about comes only when the recorded video is played or it comes always when the screen is lit on?? Is it annoying or its so minimal that it just not bothers??And what about the call quality?? does this noise come during a call conversation??
take ur cell near your ear do use some functions near your ear n let me know about the noise??

Noise during playback of videos recorded using its HD camera.( No such sound when recorded in mute mode, i think that this sound is made by something within the phone (like the sound made by hard disk in a PC :))
But... love this phone....thanks Sony Ericsson
Sony should work on Noise Reduction in video recording.... they might be having the tech...they have to use it ...may be some app to process the Video

Very nice. I bought the white one tonight in Jakarta. Last month I bought Samsung GS2, and this white mini pro is to become my main cell phone because its size. Love these two powerfull android phones for business and social needs.

Just hold ur cell near ur ear..do few operations there n plz let me know that is there any strange noise coming from the cell..i heard this noise on some of its youtube videos its something like when u switch on a laptop or PC n the sound of processor or rather i should say of fan comes its something like that only..
plz need help cz m really ready for buyin this device bt as i hv heard abt this n thot of waitin bt nw it seems difficult to w8..plz reply soon..

The size and the keyboard felt good in hand. The earphones in the box are in ear. I hope the price will drop a little soon. Also hope that noise problem is fixed or uncommon.

This handset is a fine piece of modern art.i am using her from past 2 days and no complaints as far.key board is fit and fine and so natural u can type in ease only one not so good thing is that the chirpy sound which appears on hd recording.
