Anonymous, 31 Aug 2012I had dropped the phone accidentally and the front cover go... moreEven mine fall accidently and side got broken.Went to service center and they told that they will replace the front but have to pay 12,500.Let me know if any one has same experience

After much searching, I went out and bought the Sony Xperia mini pro and was not disappointed. It is an awesome phone in such a sleek little package. Magnificent features and looks great in white.

Don't buy this phone - great phone when it works - but.... 2months use and starts to die - vibrating and flashing - never been dropped, never been in in rain. Been used by someone confined to hospital bed and then at home - sony says phone has corrosion inside and warranty invalidated - never been in humid conditions never been in water or rain - never been dropped - has not one scratch on it - now says won't repair as warranty invalid - but nowhere on warranty supplied with phone does it state that phone used normally and never opened or interefered with invalidates warranty - warranty exclusion does not mention corrosion. We did not cause corrosion. These guys are not fair or honest.

i bought My SE Xperia Mini Pro 2 months ago... its the white one... i think white is better.. when its in sleep mode, the screen looks superb in white... this is great phone.... i love it so much.. great camera, pictures and videos... specially its BE works great,watching HD movie is awesome... its keyboard is great too.. love it....

AnonD-65460, 31 Aug 2012How to access the net ?It depends if you have a wireless connection(wlan) or mobile(3g). If you have wlan got to settings. Then to wireless networks. then tap the wlan. after that the wlan is on. Then you just go back to the main meny and click the browser on. If a 3g connection. Again the wireless networks from the settings. This time pic the phone networks down at the bottom. Then click the data stuff and the roaming data on.(the first 2 things on the menu). Also I recommend putting the phone networks to wcdma only and not the gsm and wcdma. The battery last longer that way in 3g mode. Then back to the main menu and to the browser.

I've downloaded file manager to explore games *.apk files which I received from my pc than tried to open it but a message appeared to me saying "there is a problem
parsing the package" .. what's the solution ?

The sony site shows the latest update is Latest available software: 4.1.B.0.587
Release date: 2012-08-16, but I am not getting it, and it shows that my phone is up to date , but he release number is earlier :( can somebody help

Fade., 30 Aug 2012Well even when i do go to the settings and check for update... moreWell someone may have said to take it to a sony service centre. My girlfriends arc says the same, and shes on GB......and im pretty sure its able to update. If its no big deal to you.....and I know this may sound odd, but maybe do a factory reset. The thing is I swear my xmp only had the option for pc, when I initially checked the daily notification I get ( of a new update is available). Personally I had a bug after using tubemate and tubegod, so I did a few FR'S to sort out the bug (they bugged you tube loading properly...making it unusable even after I removed the apps). It took a few goes, and like I said...i swear the notification did not offer FOTA. Its worth a shot if its no big deal.
