Hi users of mini pro, i will buy mini pro this week, can i ask if the keyboard fades? i know the chrome paint fades but what about the keyboard? Thanks! :) God Bless!

My phone touch screen is not working.I went to the service centre and they said it is because of the physical damage. But the physical damage is from quite sometime and my scereen stop responding just few days back. My phone is still under the warranty period and i am not sure whether such type of damage is covered under the warranty period. Could anybody suggest a proper solution and also the price that will cost me in getting it repaired.

nishant, 26 Aug 2012you can play emulators games from keyboard. You can search ... moreYeah emulators work, n64 snes, "psp emulator" fom playstore. As my post hasnt showed up i will repost. I found out that xmp has usb otg, so in theory xbox & psp controllers will work if the phone is running ics. Chech on you tube "xperia mini usb otg" ( no root required) at end of video xmp is also confirmed as working with mouse & keyboard, and someone else also gave me the heads up. Games that i bought from android that are improved by keypad are, turbo fly, shiner runner, and raging thunder1 & 2

You can search road fighter in play store...you can see some recommended games. You can map keyboard to play or you can use virtual keypad. There is one awesome game which i play daily.it is cadillacs n dinosaurs...search google for tiger mame for android. you will find mame emulator for gingerbread then use mame roms on it..you will love it. Not only this, you can download sony playstation emulator and you can play ps one games too. you can play all games which xperia play can support..same config..lol

Being switched off you have to connect your cellphone to pc by pressing volume down button then after 2 min your pc companion would start updating.

The apps are snes emulator etc etc. Once downloaded you need to go to a site that has roms to download, or create a rom yourself of a game you have....to then download. (no root is needed...and it looks fairly straight forward to do). The apps allow you to map buttons for controllers like xbox or ps controller. I just fouund out today that xperia mini and mini pro actually have usb otg (not in gsm specs). someone told me on xperia u gsm forum. So you can connect usb devices....keyboard, mouse, memory stick maybe and controllers,

so in theory if you have ics update then you could even use a controller. Lots of folk are showing this on youtube when running ics on their android phones. Otherwise games like turbo fly, tikki kart, shine runner, raging thunder 1 and 2 all work, oh and shadowgun. Personally they were all much better with the keyboard, except shadowgun for me. I believe riptide is supported also...if I recall right. Thats all ive tested that works.

As far as playing games, well for me its a no.......the small screen hurts my eyes for gaming. Personally 4 inch is the minimum for me, and i actually use a another phn with a tv out lead to play games on tv
