Got ICS 4.0.3 update b4 a week..look nice..!!! UI perspective, there are not much wow factor, bt yes performance wise improved very well..!!!
To get ICS update just connect ur phone with suitable Sony PC Companion Software, software 'll update u bout ur phone status (ur phone is up to date or not)..

My neo V is showing RAM as 190 MB used and 83 MB free. While neo V has 512 MB of RAM.

It will work same as PC suite does with all Nokia devices.
