AnonD-29280, 24 Apr 2012well i dont advice u too keep AVG or any antivirus .. not r... moreThanks "100rabh" & "v neo" i will remove AVG, and disable few apps that I don't use often... And now after reboot it shows me ~180MBram free..

Good news for Indian users :) ICS is finally available for Indian users. Download the latest PC companion from Sony official website and then connect your phone and it shows new software available which is Android 4.0 :) Updating now.. :)

How to edit documents: unfortunately, you cannot edit documents, you have to download the paid app in google playstore if you want
Battery issues: Check battery usage in settings for more details

deutz, 25 Apr 2012Really, so i must use usb cable to a computer to see the up... moreYou have to have sony pc companion in your computer, then you can proceed to the update by clicking support zone in the pc companion. Just wait, cause it takes sometime to download, note that you cannot use the phone in updating.

I am new to Neo V. just few days back I have purchased it and need help in following :
1. How to set tone for message alert
2. How to edit documents in this phone
3. I didn't use much, just to attend calls and msg, still battery worked only for half a day... :(, what's wrong in this?

Yesterday Sony has rolled out update for Xperia Neo V to IceCream Sandwich 4.0.3
Update number= 4.1.A.0.562
The lag issue that we had in gingerbread due to certain software issue seems to have been rectified.
Super fluidic performance.
