As for increasing RAM by using storage..... it was always a LIE to begin with. RAM isn't something that can be handled by something as slow as a SD card. Bandwidth of RAM is in GB/s compared to mere 10-20MBps of SD card.
But still there is an app that makes virtual memory for the device (it doesn't work I am sure) ... search in play store.... something like Ram Exdender....

Also, some apps like OperaMini and UC Browser has Exit button and some apps do Not have Exit. Is there anyway to close them? Some task killing apps not working properly. Which app you suggest?

Visit this link and look at the customizations (all 100% mods won't work as that would need a unlocked BL but its still a great rom).

And for your information .... YOUR WARRANTY IS SAFE with this (since no BL unlock necessary).
First you will have to root your phone and then install CWM. For that you need to flash the .431 version of ICS i.e http://www.mediafire.com/?a7iwc9jl04sv8ea
and then root and cwm install following doomlord's method. For those who don't know how go here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1409269
See the number 1 post which has the details of rooting and then scroll down a bit to Number 3 which had the details for cwm install.
Once all this is done download,
1. http://d-h.st/yFx
2. http://d-h.st/8RR
And put them in your SD card (remember the folder).
After that restart phone, go to cwm (continuously clicking volume down button) and do the following (same instructions are given on the rom page too. I highly recommend that you read everything in it. Some Q&A are there that will help you understand the rom better).

1.Factory reset
2.wipe cache partition
3.wipe dalvik cache
4.Format /system (in mounts and storage)
5.Format /cache
6.Format /Data
7.Install Xperia_Ice_Cream_Pureness_build_13.00.zip
8.Install patch for your phone model (the second download link)
9.Reboot now and you are done !

Note: If in case your phone doesn't turn on. You can always flash back a Sony rom using flashtool to revive it. Remember.....the first boot up after rom installation takes time. Making a nandroid backup before rom installation is also recommended (its in cwm/backup and restore/backup. Make sure your SD card has around 1Gb free space as these backups take around 400-800mb space).

2. Jellybean roms has same issues. Mostly because of no official camera drivers. If Sony releases JB then I believe that camera will be able to record at 30fps just like GB.
3. ICS is stable ....just video recording lags. No fixes till now.
4. Stay in GB if you want to keep your warranty. ICS is only good enough if you use a custom rom. Which in fact will cancel your warranty.

-I downgraded from ICS to GB as HD video recording is not smooth and also it takes 8 to 25 seconds to save an HD video. Does jelly Bean has the same issue?
-Xperia_Tipo_Dual has only 800 MHz CPU and it has Android OS, v4.0.3 by default. Is there any stable ICS version (No lags while recording HD video) for Neo V?
My phone still has 7 month warranty
