Excellent phone, kinda lag at times and the start up time is forever. Not to mension the battery dies in less than half a day

i use this phone for 3 month.. n the internet so slow in HSDPA 3G...about 40kbps only.. im using mbile network... the wifi working perfectly..
im already try few network carrier but the result is still the same..
im using SE G705 before and it mobile internet can reach up to 400+kbps and PLAY just 40kbps?? why?????????/ can someone help me?
