hi all!!! I just got my Xperia Play and issue an upgrade on the gingerbread from 2.3.2 to 2.3.3.... now in the specs of this phone i read that is available to upgrade to 2.3.4 but the phone is telling me that i have the latest version of android... how can i issue an upgrade from 2.3.3 to 2.3.4???

On O2s site. They are up for £149.99. Be quick, it's a limited time offer. Not sure when it will end.
I was after a new phone but for the price with Gingerbread preinstalled, it really is a good bargain.
And you can play games. :)

For those of you that are asking about specs, features and hands on experience, why don't you read the review? It's not like you have to click to go to another site? It's right up there under the picture of the damn thing.

in reference to LG doubleplay, would it be great if xperia play has full touch screen instead of buttons under the slide panel? as such it can have option for sliding qwerty keyboard or perhaps dual screen multi-tasking (texting/emailing while watching movie, taking notes while on video call, etc)

i got this phone like about 2 mths ago. personally...the apps..i prefer Iphone. but den again, if u like better screen, resolution etc. this is a phone to get.

download first the simulation,,and u can play already the old psp games its in the android market ....

i've got this phone yesterday and believe me this phone is awesome,,
screen is realy good,
camera is also good,
battery last for 1.5 days(games,text and browsing)
nice desgn and has front facing camera for google talk,,
sony is so busy doing updates for this device..
