What I said is that it would be thick if you add another slide-out mechanism for a keyboard. I was replying to a poster who was fantasizing about a SE phone with 2 slide out mechanism- 1 for the D-pad and 2nd one for a QUERTY keyboard. That would be one heck of a brick. It's like if you want to play, you slide out the D-pad and if you want to type, you slide out the querty keyboard; 2 sliders on ONE device.

It's like going back in time and car... more16mm is not thick,this is highly anticipated superfone that gamers have wanted for years.Fones cannot keep getting thinner they will snap and have no battery life to speak of.I am getting xperia pro with this second due to more controls for input.I hate pure touchscreens.

How good are they on the Xperia Play?
I know the Xperia Play is 5.1 Megapixel
Would it be better than the W995 with 8.1 Megapixel?

It's like going back in time and car... moreIn response to the phone being thick; if you've ever held a gaming pad, you realise that without a certain thickness, it becomes uncomfortable with prolonged use. Check the YouTube videos on this phone on the official Sony Ericsson channel, they give reasons to its thickness.
