Sony Ericsson XPERIA Play leaks again, confirms Gingerbread
The Mobile World Congress is fast approaching and, understandably, rumors and leaks are starting to intensify. Today we've got another batch of photos of the Sony Ericsson PlayStation phone, which reconfirms its XPERIA allegiance and Gingerbread Android version.
Never mind all those Android 3.0 rumors, the Sony Ericsson XPERIA Play (which is supposed to be the device real name) is obviously going to run on 2.3 Gingerbread.
We also got confirmation of the 1GHz Qualcomm 7x30A CPU ticking inside the XPERIA Play. The rest will be revealed on the 13 February when the Sony Ericsson press conference will start the MWC 2011. Meanwhile enjoy those high-quality shots of the new smartphone.
