kate, 10 Apr 2013my 3G internet connection vanished. it was reinstalled by m... moreI have same problem...I live in Kolkata n I have tried most all sim with 3g and it's very slow even slower than 2g. else are good except this and loud speaker performance. I think I should go back to Nokia (n8,701,c7,,603) very good n very simple phone.

then download the firmware 4.0.2.A.0.42 ,gingerbread 2.3.4......u can get it from xda developers website.
then flash with this firmware...
n after flsahing press unlock button on flsahtool n choose the option superuser/supersu(ur choice)....it will root ur phone also n now u can use all rooted apps n extend ram & internal memory....

u are right....nokia n97 5mp much better than this phone camera.....

II plus u will need to pay about 280$
before u buy the phone try press all the buttons to make sure they are working.

if you are just about to start using android smart phone and not using too much applications, then this phone is great for you.
But if you intend to use many applications, playing games and so, then suggest you to invest a little more money on more superior specs than this particular phone.
this phone is great if just use for what it has already been installed apps plus a few more apps, but if there are many apps installed, it tends to freeze a lot due to its small RAM and only 1Ghz single core processor.
-The battery is good for ordinary usage.
-Good physical keyboard.
-The loudspeaker is somewhat acceptable (could've been better in quality)
-Camera and video recording are good

my 3G internet connection vanished. it was reinstalled by my provider without result. it appears to be finding signal for a sec and then gone. the wifi works ok. any idea?heeelp

at first let me confess i have little knowledge about technology stuff. anyway i bought this phone few weeks ago and liking it. but i m facing some problem. sometyms msg comes that my home page or any application is not working. and instead of having good amount of SD memory, it says that there is not enough space. but i try to move every applications to SD card, though some doesnt have that option. now what should i do to fix it??? btw i m using avast for my phone. :)
