why do you need lots of internal memory when you can just increase size of sd card? i thought with gingerbread it stores everything on card easier?

I have the same question as my previous friends. Wait for this one or go for Motorola Milestone 2???????????? Milestone 3, haven't seen it yet. So, Which one?!¿?! Help me out! Btw, seems like M2 has more formarts capability playing...

I'll probably end up with the Xperia Pro or the Droid/Milestone 3, whichever is released first.
I think a lot of people are in the same boat.
I would have thought SE might want to get this device out before the Milestone 3, as it generally seems the superior device, and it will grab a lot of potential sales.

AnonD-8044, 18 Jun 2011Depends on how much you download..I had lots of apps on sgs... morePlay and Arc also have too small internal memory, and for a multimedia flagship like Arc that is a real fatal problem and for a dedicated gaming phone it is even worse, and it would have been so very easy for Sony to install atleast 1 Gb of user available internal memory.
Pro-users travel a lot by train and plane, so they actually like to use their phones for more than only the preinstallad office-applications.

AnonD-252, 18 Jun 2011The only big problem with Xperia Pro is the very small inte... moreDepends on how much you download..I had lots of apps on sgs2 and it impacted on speed.I now learnt that over the years its best to only download what you use and just get rid of stuff you dont.
With this aimed more at buisnessman/woman they are less inclined to dowload big games and thats what s/e play is for,,whereas s/e arc is for true multimedia.

Because the neo.arc and this are nearly the samewe can go between each forum and help each other..We all love s/e and some of my best fones ,k750i,k8001,k810i,w900i, and p800/p900 and w610i are superb craftmenship and design and massive battery life..

i am going to get this along with nokia E6 and trty out BB990..However i ahve been following this because of qwerty and it has same spec as arc and can be considered better as i have put in an opinion earlier..
Sony ercsson need to get this out because folk who love their real button type fone and get a contract are like me going to go with the first one out.There are loads of pre-orders for nokia e6 i know but when BB990 comes out millions of BB fans will go for that.
Come on s/e get the thing out its there in front of you get ypur workforce in for a whole week on overtime and get the damn thing OUT.

The Xperia Pro hasn't got any official release date yet. They were using 'Q2' as a placeholder date, but they've pushed it back a month or so.
I do doubt that there is a date set.
Waiting is fantastic and all.. but some of us need a phone and can't wait many more months only to find out there's still no news on a release date.
