hey guys, i got a good news, i've never expect that the update using PC companion for X-Ray will be much better, jsut updated my phone 4.0.4 the 587 ftf... and its running very smooth now like GB.. promise

1.partitioning the SD card will format the SD card contents, so back up everything before partition. most of the Xperia ray has 300 MB space but not all, partitioning your SD card and giving the 1GB to your phone is ok. dont worry about the cache.
2. reverting the firmware to GB is possible. check "www.xda-developers.com"
3. RAM and internal memory is default, RAM cannot be modified but you can delete bloatwares such as TrackID and other things but be careful before you can delete those apps, your phone must be rooted. internal memory can be upgraded, reflect on the #1 answer.

Dear All,
Can any body tell me few things about Ray; 1. Partition of its internal memory e.g. system memory____mb? for data? for cache? etc.
2. My Ray is updated with ICS 4.0.4 can i reinstall Gingerbread which was default installed?
3. Can we upgrade its internal memory and RAM?
I would be so thankfull to you if your good self will reply my Questions.

I own this phone now for over 2 years but it's still doing great. Especially after installing LegacyXperia 4.4.2 KitKat:

Works very smooth, no FC's or reboots etcetera like I had with 4.2.
All the new "mini's" are still too big for me.. but 4inch and 1GB RAM for a Ray+ are on my wishlist..
