They didn't mention anything bad, they even gave i... moreThey say that the screen is very unresponsive they even get frustrated because of the unresponsive screen "But in use, we found that issue with the screen's unresponsiveness kept rearing its head. We'd be tapping away and realise that keypresses hadn't registered and have to keep going back, which just got annoying after a while"!, and it does not have a camera-flash but only a led-light that the user have to turn on before taking picture or movie, and ray have problems/struggling with even as simple task as live wallpapers, and the screen is NOT scratch-resistant at all..., these are a few of the many problems with ray!

As told everywhere, it was mentioned typing is a pain, and there was a point made that the camera samples were not that 'great'.. , but it's not bad. So, an overall picture is that it's an above average phone. I don't see any factor to not buy this sexy sony ericsson. :)

I got mine this morning, took the white version (black and white were the only choices in Belgium) for 349 euros.
The screen is fantastic. The sound is very loud and crisp. Photos are 'good'. The keyboard is small but when you are (quickly) used to it, it types very accurate. The only problem I have is with the abc/numbers key. It's very small.
Internet is also fast for 7 mbps.

The Arc has the same camera as the xperia neo,pro and the ray, so yes I believe the Ray has a better camera than the iphone4.

Guys please help me out to make a choice between Xperia Ray and Samsung Galaxy S ... is it really difficult to type on the 3.3" screen, many reviews/previews say its the aspect ratio that makes it difficult to type even in Landscape QWERTY mode + the keypad is not accurate!!! Also I heard that there's no smart dialing ??
So is it worth..or should I go with the tried and tested one: Galaxy S ??
