Some applications that can't be moved for example Yahoo! Messenger, Maps, Facebook, WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, etc. If the smartphone had rooted more applications including preloaded are enable.

you can upgrade the xperia 2011 from android 2.3 to android ics 4.0 from here http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/software/phones/xperia-ray/....i dont know is it free or not . ahaaaa ~

at... moreyep upgrade directly depends on net speed. at 350 kbps. my update took 15 minutes but I got a problum. id feels a bit slow after update.

then you can find the update menu within the installed pc comapnion. just follow the instruction.
It will take about 30 minutes to upgrade your device.

Am on the process of upgrading my xperia ray but its just taking too long. its now almost 2 hrs and it aint over yet. guys tell me how long does it take to finish upgrading? anyone out there to kindly advice me. al be glad. Thanks.
