Hiii all,i am using xperia ray for 10 months with 4 gb memory card and 2.3 android version...now i am interested to change my configuration to 16 or 32 Gb and want to upgrade to 4.0(ice cream sandwich) version can i go a head...is there any one to suggest me for the precautions to be taken before upgrading?????

my ray is currently running so slow frm past 2 months can anyone suggest me hw cn i increase the speed of ma phone wil b helpful thnx...:):)

M@ni, 18 Oct 2012Really its an excellent one which i m experiencing it for t... moreray a very good package overall. screen only will be an issue for big handed people. otherwise this is damn good phone.when compared to other phones in the same range like HTC,Samsung n Nokia, xperia ray is better than those. xperia go has very poor pixel density which affects user experience .ray is much better than go n neo l. only if screen is issue then go for those .

to stop the vibration when dialing a number you go to settings - sound (scroll all the way down)- Haptic feedback. This should turn that off.

Been using it for 6 months. Its a great phone with best touch sensitivity and i like the way its working with 3g. Awesome.

Really its an excellent one which i m experiencing it for the past 3 to 4 months. All works fine and only thing i gt frustrated is the screen size and internal memory, other than these 2 its awesme. If u wanna a bigger screen then u should try Xperia go or Neo L. If u r really intersted in Performane i would suggest to go for Xperia Ray. :) :) :)
