Disadvantages:
1: poor reception
2: lousy camera
3: unreliable OS - WinMo
4: outrages quality control - cracked cases
5: bad battery performance
6: slow performance
7: xxK color :)))
8: limited memory (internal)
Advantages:
1: SE has an excuse - made by HTC
2: SE promised never let HTC make another SE model
3: not made by Sagem (like other SE models)
4: new model is announced already (Idou)
5: most people not surpriced
6: offered free with return/echange policy
7: slow sales (not many people got burned with this model)
8: it used to be very expensive
No wonder SE loses money each quarter.

Great phone, best one out there. But does any one else have the problem of needing to soft reset the device almost every day as it freezes?

i mean the touch FLO just shows 20 files(a part of touch FLO that shows the pictures and videos like an Album.

Got this phone on Friday (the Vodafone branded version) after getting fed up of using the slow and under-preforming Nokia E90. It's excellent. Good software, good functions, sensitive (but not over-sensitive) touch screen, good battery life... on the odd occasion when I notice some limitations, I simply remind myself that it's only a relatively small mobile phone after all. Any business users who find it limited probably really need an ultra-mobile PC instead. PS, I'd still like to test this against the N97, but maybe I'll wait until Nokia gets its act together enough to launch a N97i or N100!!!

For the last couple of days I have been playing around with what could arguably be the best Windows Mobile phone in business – Sony Ericsson’s Xperia X1. From the packaging to the diminutive USB charger to the sleek finish of the device itself, the whole X1 experience is flawless. It is a well-designed smartphone that is very well-engineered. It is no different than Sony VAIO laptops or Bravia TVs, and as such it’s no surprise that it’s expensive: $799.
It comes with a very comfortable slider keyboard, great connectivity options (WiFi, 3G, Quad-band GSM etc.) and is a multimedia powerhouse. The phone comes with a 3-inch WVGA display with resolution of up to 800 X 480 pixels screen, which means it can play back videos in almost DVD quality and makes it easy to play 3D mobile games. I love the photos taken by the 3.2 megapixel camera and the music playback is solid and clear. X1 has a pretty decent battery life — and yes, it beats the pants off the iPhone 3G battery. It got about 8 hours on AT&T’s 3G network — ahead of my iPhone — but lagged the Android G1. However, it had better GSM standby and talk times. But again, battery usage differs from person to person. One thing I hate about the device is that it lacks built-in memory, but the good news is that it can take up to 32 GB in a memory card.
I was surprised by how nimble the phone feels — I have yet to use another Windows Mobile phone that comes close to X1. The device gives you many ways to interact with the contact touch, full QWERTY keyboard, 4-way key and optical joystick navigation and panels. It is the panels which are awesome and function almost like how the applications are accessed on the iPhone.
Bottomline: If your company insists that you need a Windows Mobile phone, then Xperia X1 is an obvious

Both devices are equipped with an absolutely same processors- Qualcomm MSM 7201A 528 MHz processor -HD
Qualcomm MSM 7200A 528 MHz processor -SE
there is absolutely no diference between these two, except for the name, and this was just a marketing trick.
The structure of the processors is the same.

the solution to that is easy.
for XP, you need to go to a download site like http://www.download.com/ and download microsoft activesync.
For Vista users- you only need to plug your phone in and vita will automatically download the right software for your phone.
