I think, in fact, YOU are joking.
What SE interface are you talking about? There are only a few panels that sit on top of the standard Winmo interface. Most people, in fact, find the panels useful, and more thumb-optimized for some common tasks like switching on wifi, launching an application, etc.
If you think you are very different from other people, all you have to do is to select the first panel, which is the standard Winmo Home/Today screen. And besides this panels thing, there's nothing that SE have changed - it's all standard Winmo interface.
Have you really tried this phone? I think you should do, before posting comments like these.

After even more studies of this phone , features and pricing this phone dose not deserve a rating that it has got as of now. I will not rate it more that 7.7 on all the attributes.
SE fans you are doing s disservice by rating this phone so high.

This phone is a joke. How can I flash the SE's crappy interface away and leave only Microsofts WM6? Please help me. I like the phone. Htc is a good company. Why on earth did they sell the X1 to SorryEricsson to destroy the OS like that? Even Vodaphone are better at branding ! Shame on you SE :-(

just wanna ask if what production week is ur X1. its located under the battery cover that say something like "08w45"
ived patiently been waiting this phone, been researching it since last year october but i just want to wait until the price stabilize. but after seeing a lot of comments on xda-developers.com about X1 cracks, i now have second thoughts of buying it, since i will be buying a super high end and expensive phone but will only develop crack later, thats just to cheap for its price. thanks

You are not the only one who had to return the X1.
To many bugs, the screen is lousy.
Besides email problems, the most annoying is the reception - totally unreliable.
The battery drainage is another common problem.
SE should release another and better battery.
The strongest aspect of this model is the PR.

(Often still freeze and reset as well) One guy frequently use my X1 at the office and found it better than the E90.

iPhone doesn't even support flash in his browseer, it would slow him down a bit if iy would... iphone only has special flash support only for youtube, any other flash thing on web does not work.
So except for speed Opera Mobile beats iphones browser, and even speed is not tha big differents.

Hi!! I was an enthusiast of this phone, I have P800, P900, P910, and P990(P1 don´t like the design), but the wait for the arriving of this phone was too much, right now I have a white iphone3G, I don´t like you have to do everything with itunes, and don´t have word exel ofice aplications and no take video, but I really love the way open the internet pages, and Youtube, and buy free app, and then, the X1 open the internet like the iphone? and can I watch youtube videos??, because in the P990 when you wach videos skip some frames, and iphone dont do that, Thanks!!!
