the xperia is too xpensive to purchased, however it will reduce after few months. the quality is not that good thou, cos the touce screen is lack out of sense.

Best phone ever! Had a blackberry curve 8300, this sucked compared to the Xperia. Only problem is that it's a bit pricy for me. But, if you have the money to buy it, it's so worth every penny. This is a must have phone. Get it, the XPERIA experience.

alex, 05 Jan 2009does the phone only have 256mb of memeory, surely that cant... moreYes the phone has expandable memory, that 256 is RAM not internal memory, there is a difference between RAM and internal memory, other phones have 8 or 16 GB internal memory NOT RAM..
Xperia supports upto 16GB card....some say even 32GB but I have not tested it.

does the phone only have 256mb of memeory, surely that cant be the case especially when all the new phones are coming out with 8 and 16gbs of memory, please tell me the phone has a lot more expandable memory

And the touch pad is in wrong place sens this phone is touchscreen!

Elrayek Abdo, 04 Jan 2009i wanna know about the sound is it good?? is it loud?? and... moreI have try this phone and all i can say is, nice idea to see as a competition with that nice keyboard, but i realized that the video recording and displaying is not god at all because is choppy and skipping frames, than the sound is very low and not clear at all, sometimes you don't really understand wot people is mumbling on video, how can you show this videos to your friends on TV, the may sure laugh at you and your thing you have bay!!!

i want to buy a phone since 1 mounth and since then i look over each page, and the opinions are split.For some the best is x1, for other is omnia,and the others htc, and i really dont know what i should buy, i'm so confuse... really , and not about others opinion , i'm confuse about what i want to do with the phone, why they cant do a full option phone,but for sure this is a huge step for new tehnology

Cheez I can't believe this phone rose to the top this quickly it's like there's no phones in the gsmarena list it's just insane, haven't try'd it out yet but this really tells me allot about the phone and how it received and judged. The wmo king has surpassed the nokia's in record time I think amizing how things turn out be sometimes isn't it you guys?

this phone kicks ass, i seen it i used it its awsome. work in a phone store and the sony rep came in to show us!! when it becomes avalible in my store i will certainly upgrade to it. screw u haters sony handsets r the bomb!!!!!!
