all window mobile problem:
-serius battery life problem
-serius lag/slow/hang problem
such problem mostly can b solved if manufacturer put in:
-more ram eg.1-2GB ram
-gud batterylife eg. 3600=3800 Mah battery..
u may say cost too high if they give u such high spec... BUT can u beliv that:
those china made local HP got 2400-3600Mah battery inside, which means they can use one battery for at least 2-3 weeks per single charge,cost of the Hp only S$80-150 and normally they come together TWO BATTERY which the Mah..
bty X1 cost S$1200, cant wat they earning not enough to give u even more then cheap-cheap china HP which even can watch TV???? O.O
as my conclusion:
WM hp problems can easily solved(slow+batterylife), just they doesnt have the intention to solve it..
those ppl buy it will suffer days...months... and years...

But it does not have call recording by default, YET you may use a 3rd party software to do the job. Many works with WinMO 6.x

1) Great screen
2) Great customizing capabilities
3) Great using capabilities (touchscreen, stylus,keyboard)
4) Great speed
5) Great pictures
6) Great in everything
7) mstl's head cracked

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970Well I agree with on that because I'm SE holder for past 6 years and before that I used use Erisson, right now I'm still using P990i well it's great HP I love it and I'll keep using it until X1 drop the price so it's affordable for me, what I like about X1 everything from the size of the screen to the resolutions and the speed everything about it great but unfortanetly I haven't try it yet I hope very soon, thanks guys for supporting SE

www.sonystyle.com will release x1a silver on 01/12/09.
But the problem is a tax. :(
How about buying from J&R? It seems they will release x1a in next month, and there's no tax.

people in uk are still struggling to get one from their network in their area ,,only so many are dished out per store..i got mine on upgrade after 2 weeks of it being in store and they have had none since..they got a delivery of four to be fair but they said that they would not usually sell that many high end devices based on passed expriance..THEir one left in city 45 miles away but they wont courier it thru for one device so my mate has to wait still...
FREE !!you can get most fones free WITH a contract i-phone £75 per month gets you it free..you are so lost, are you for real or some automatic robot..you are so obssessed with xperia why dont you just get one instead of pretending you been going around london with one..no wonder you got no reception you p lo nk er it was a cardboard cut out you tested,,you have to buy the real thing?????

You get a phone for say 500 in free sale
You get it for 400 with contract for like 5/month
And if we continue, you get it for free with contract for like 50+
I have one operator here, who offers evey single phone on market includng iPhone for free(well not anymore, license problems) if you subscribe for 50/month for 2 years.
So stop talking nonsense...

SE used to make great phones, but the X1 is a failure.
Battery problems come up again and again - see below, reported by many.
I hope SE recall the battery and exchange it.
WinMo 6.5 is ready! WinMo 6.1 is buggy and outdated - SE should offer a free upgrade!

I a huge fan of Sony Ericsson. Total of 25 Sony Ericsson phone I have for the past 4 years. And now Sony Ericsson X1 is my fav phone.

SE X1 is the topic here.
Low quality, all the bugs, how to get an upgrade to WinMo 6.5 etc.
I hope next quarter Se will do better - lost number of sales, lost actually no profit, while for example Apple increased sales by 330%!!!! Now, that is real growth.
Hopefully, Hikaru will be a great product.

Lame nokia fans are so upset because N96 is a big flop, my sympathy is with all who bought that horrible piece of crap, Xperia's success is eating all those loonies and to such an extent that nokia's lamer boys are spending all their time here to post crap....that ALONE shows how much Xperia is successful :-)
Keep on posting all the crap...it only shows what a nightmare is Xperia's success for nokia lamer boys. And by the time n97 will be released most of these will commit suicide for sure because even n97 can't save nokia.
