i dont know why its so much.. his selling the Touch Pro for 670 o.O... its pretty much the same specs. i guess its just the Sony name.. and style

i just heard from a local retailer that he just got the update on phones and that his going to be getting the X1 in 2weeks at about $850 US dollars. (South Cali)
a little pricy for my taste..

xcabar, 10 Sep 2008Somewhat random but I notice that the voting results for th... moreYep just like when the n95 had thousands of votes and positive comments even though it was months before it was due for to be released.Then it got released and there was thousands of complaints lol Remember the early n95 firmware?It was buggy as hell.Nokia took ages to get it right.v20 firmware sorted most things but boy that was some wait.Lets hope the Xperia X1 is a bit better

I hope they are just taking so long to release it because they want to be 100% sure that it's not going to be another K850i... Ahhh, who can forget such a tragic phone... I worked for Vodafone and I had so many complaints from customers who had the K850i and had it repaired at least 4 times prior to calling.

Well it`s been really long time waiting for X1
It could have been a real big hit in mobile community but only if it was released by the time it was announced!But it`s still the best for me>the only thing that can disappoint me is the PRICE now(hope they don`t put it too high so i can afford it)
and i still hope it will be available in October!

Nokia fanbois are out in force!Well perhaps your time would be better spent getting your own house in order.Start by asking for higher resolution displays The majority of Nokia series 60's have the awful 240x320 QVGA resolution.Take your N95,N82,N96 etc It can record VGA video but the playback on your phone it's QVGA res.Viewing 5MP photo's on a screen that can show 72000 pixels is a joke.The Build quality of your average s60 is so so as is the way the device implements most of the features.Take streaming films through a network via Wi-Fi..with my WM6 PPC I simply open resco explorer tap network find the movie and that's it. If you want superior Web browsing,3rd party apps,IM,office ,syncronising files etc the xperia X1 is the way to go.

this phone will come out in about a century from now..come on sonyericsson!!!!!what's the point on delaying this product so much?The phone's specifications are getting old week by week..hurry up are just cancel it and forget it!!!

does antone at the moment have a htc tytan ii and care to give a comment on video recording is it smooth or stuttery and speed of use in general as ive wittled it down to e90,,innovte,,or tytan ii if the xperia fails to appear before xmas,,thanx..

I know more bout phones than u lot so get a grip.I've had four s60's n every1 of them has been off the hook you get windows crap n u'l b bak here n 2month cryin bout how useless it is trust me get symbian coz it equals POWER AND PERFORMAMCE

Its available in black market in dubai.Am using xpera1 for 2days.the interface is slow&camera is not good.but its really cool device.
