got my xperia x1a yesterday and am loving it sick. i installed spb mobile shell panel and slideview panel and tried the pixel city and growing ones but they didnt work. any idea on how to get it working? AND DONT SAY LOOK ON XDA DEVELOPERS BECAUSE THAT SITE IS TO CONFUSING!!!!

its one of the best phone i ever had, awsome qwerty arc design. panel cahnge does drain battery due to its vibrate feature, but panel is for you to use it not to keep changing.. and with its 10 hrs battry life the drain on panel chnage is nothing.

xperia x1 is the worst phone i ever used,cannot get any apps for the phones,switching between panel drain battery,it is bulky,text are so small you can hardly see them.

Can someone please assist me with regard the incoming Call Screening function.All my previous Sony Erricsson phones had a facility to accept and or not accept certain persons on my phone list if grouped or all unknown callers.Can you please advise if one can do the same with the Experia X1,if so what should I Do to get to that function.

Mark, 04 Jan 2010Guys, I really need some help. This might have been answere... moremy suggestion is to just buy an new battery for it. you can get one off ebay for $25. if this battery does the same thing then id check all of you settings.

Guys, I really need some help. This might have been answered already here but I don't want to go to the beginning of the post. I've got this phone for almost 3 months. Before, the battery last for 2 days with a couple of calls, sms and surfing. Now even just on standby (no sms, calls, nothing at all!) for 4-5 hrs, from full battery it goes down to half! I'm not exaggerating, sometimes even only 3 bars left! I didn't install any programs or edit any registry yet cause I might mess up the phone. The phone stays as is since I've bought it, the battery just dropped all of a sudden. Please help, for crying out loud, anyone? any suggestions? I'd appreciate it.

Go to media player and choose update my library, then everything will work fine.

I bought the xperia xa, xi rather than the original x1 and I was wondering if it is possible to make the phone a little faster since it lags and the video streaming and sound quality is horrible. Plus thos phone is windows 6.1 therefore I am not sure if downloading some newer updates might interfere with the phone even more. any hint for this non tech person here

some 15 year old, 30 Dec 2009how do you use xda developers website and what is it for? i... moreI was viewing this video on youtube and from all the videos I have seen about ported ROMs, this one impressed me real good. The speed of device is on top, using WinMo 6.5 with HTC's UI.
There are few other information listed in description that should help you making your X1 do the same. Have fun doing it and do tell how your device working along. :)
