guys please help!was due for upgrade a while ago and decided to wait for the 8th for the new deals...wanted the satio but read bad reviews and only complaints..so am waiting to see vivaz but no kinetik scrolling except in media...now want the x10 but want to know if it has live widgets that update itself...i dnt want to kill myself with cellphone bills...never had a touch before and the xperia x10 looks like the bomb!please guys let me know?

Because they keep trying to ruin the reputation of SE! And the problem is that the slowest devices are from samsung. I dare any samsung fanboy to show me a video of a samsung phone as fast and smooth as the iphone, hd2, x10 this will never happen!!
Because they simply didn't invent such thing. For the million time now, grow up and go to your lousy forums and stop bothering the winners! You chose to be below us, it's ur choice. So please leave us alone.
Note: the reason I know he is a samsung fan is because he mentioned the wave, it's so obvious and easy to figure.

Either that or you're just stupd enough not watching other videos with the latest prototypes of the X10. TOP reviewers has even commended this phone for being really quick and instant.

I so much wan't this to be my next phone, i'm still on old nokia 6630. I don't want a Desire(its design is what i don't like) and Samsung Wave(because it comes with Bada and there are no apps at the moment). But look at this video of X10 uploaded very recent http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XORnclnReWI Its slow and laggish, I'm really disappointed. Now. I'll have to by desire od wave, at least their response is quick and instant. And the wave has even better functions. Damn it, I've wanted an Android device with no lag, decent looks and multitouch, am I asking that much?

it's settled, samsung galaxy spica which have o.s android 1.5 is upgradeable to eclair 2.1
that phone turns out 16 m colors, multi touch input, and bluetooth transfer enable.
so xperia x10 should have the same upgrade soon.
jeezzz just almost i bought samsung omnia ii. this phone way better, xperia x10 i meant

2.screen si... moreHi ramin, i agree with your post, X10 is miles away in terms of, well everything comparing to iphone..but again, people compare almost every new touchscreen phone to a 9-months old phone, i mean it is not that fair to compare an old phone to a new phone such as X10 :)
it's flattering to iphone people to compare their beloved device to a new one, and a degrading to non-iphone people.
people always want to compare iphone to every touch screen phone when in fact a mediocre phone from any company is better that iphone (in terms of phone functionality ONLY) but hands down to the iphone's responsiveness and how it handles 3D games or any games...heck iphone still has an edge over N1's 3D capabilities...
and for someone who posted on what to get: iphone or X10...definitely X10 - at this moment :)
and btw, im not an iphone lover/hater...and i own an iphone...
