It s... moreSE announced a long time ago (some months ago) that there will be updates for all their smartphones during their lives and they said that their lives were 2-years-long. So it is not the last update (a UXP update is still waited).

Perhaps the last update will be the multi touch update thats coming soon since Japan just had it's update last week on the 19th.

Amey, 26 Jan 2011I bought the sony xperia few days back...its a great phone ... moreDoes it comes with Android 1.6 or 2.1 already? If it's still 1.6 (Go to About phone). Then update it first before doing and installing anything on it...

Anonymous, 26 Jan 2011where is that assembled?In Foxconn plants in Taiwan or Shanghai, China. If you look at under the battery, you will know exactly where it was assembled. The one assembled in China will have Made In China wording in the sticker, the one without is assembled in Taiwan, according to what I read earlier...
