tony, 25 Jan 2011hi i accidently put my phone in a different language,how do... moreTry to navigate yourself through the phone using the icons as your guide, surely the symbols should be the same regardless of the language used. On the home screen, press menu (icon with 4 small squares)key from the 3 bottom keys, select settings (wrench & screw driver icon), scroll down to language & keyboard (5th option from the bottom with A... as icon), select locale (1st option from the top), then choose English (United Kingdom). Hope that helps.

There is no change log either to inform us what the changes are. The default keyboard (dark color to light color) is the only obvious difference I noticed between this latest update (2.0.2.A.0.24) & the previous 2.1 update.

nidge, 24 Jan 2011My phone was up dated to the latest software and now it onl... moreYes, I've got the same issue. After I updated to the latest firmware update, it is no longer showing 3G instead only "G". Like if I am sending a picture, normally it is flashing 3G while sending the picture, but now, flashing only "G" (weird!). Though it's not a big issue for me.

Tiff, 24 Jan 2011I'm looking to replace my xperia x1 shuld I go with the x8 ... morego for x10.. x10 is much more better than x8.. in terms of spect.. plus don forget that this devise is stil running on 2.1 which means that if you use x8 it has a very low internal phone memory which you cant really install alot of apps.. if you have no budget wise go for x10.. you will not regert it.. ^^ hope this helps..

Really crap phone... moreIt's as much a user issue as it is about the device that's why there's no such thing as a perfect device in the same way as there's no such thing as a perfect user. Samsung Galaxy, HTC Desire and the iPhone all have their pros & cons too in the same way that X10 has its pros & cons. It all depends on what features suits the user best. An android phone's exterior design & looks ranked very high in my preferred list of features along with screen size & processing power, these are features you can't simply upgrade with a firmware update & IMO, when it comes to design, SE is tops.

Just compare both of its specs here at gsmarena.com to know which one suits you best. IMO, I preferred the X10 because of its 480 x 854 pixels, 4.0 inches screen, its powerful Qualcomm QSD8250 Snapdragon 1Ghz processor & its curvy design.
