My interfac... moreHad called customer care for similar issue with my X10 mini.
Temporarily, you can try below fix.
Go to Applications > Market > Uninstall updates.
This allows you to download for time being.
But it returns to new version of Market automatically.
Try calling customer support for assistance.
They should suggest the best solution.

Chadzilla, 20 Dec 2010i waited for over a year for this phone to hit the U.S. mar... moreMy X10's charging port broke and I told my carrier about it and was able to get a replacement phone in 3 days. I know I received a refurbished X10 but it wasn't bad at all. The casing is brand new with no scratches at all and I never had a problem with it ever since.

I have the same issue with my 1st luster white xperia x10i, where it turned off by itself and would not turn back on for hours. I ended up return back to the seller and its comfirmed a faulty phone. however, I got a another one with 2.1 Eclair running and its perfectly fine, no lags or any kind of issue.

i waited for over a year for this phone to hit the U.S. market. I bought it on its release day and regret it ever since. My biggest issue is not even that it came with 1.6 and not 2.1, but the phone power cycles for no reason countless times every day sometimes taking up to 30 minutes to turn back on. S.E. says it is now a known issue and AT&T are just a bunch of idiots who want to send me a refurbished phone.

I agree, it's better to wait until next year instead of spending and wasting my money for a new phone who has almost features but same OS with my X8.

Quickk, 19 Dec 2010Is there NO SE fan who can tell me the Audio quality of X10... moreSound quality of the external speakers is rather low. With headphones the quality is reasenable. The main issue is that there is no equalizer and there is standard a high bass output. And because you can not change that out of the box, for some music it's pretty annoying, but overall and with most songs the sound is pretty nice.

Dual cores will be on most flagships and I expect the single cored flagships from 2010 to drop in prices. I'm not sure but AFAIK, the Anzu and the prototype PSP phone is running on a single core and I do hope they would change that to dual.
If you can wait until January 6-9, CES 2011 will give you a good glimpse on what kind of handsets the manufacturers have to offer for 2011. It will make you drool for sure.

Im sorry but i belive you misunderstood me,I have the phone SEM X10 im loving it and have no other issues other than downloading application from market as i explained before..I would rate the h/s 9/10 at present without the market application but would rate 10/10 with it working properly...

This phone has gotten slower since the update to 2.1. Notice when pressing the keypad when first opening it there is a obvious delay. Switching from one app to the next also is hesitant. I played with samsung galaxy S is extremely responsive and fast. Not like the x10. However, I like the professional look of the x10. Just my opinion.

I just saw Motorola Milestone today at SM Megamall and they're selling it for PHP 19,000K. I currently have Sony Ericsson Xperia X8 which I have just updated it's software to v2.1. Eversince, I am a big Sony Ericsson fan but now I am thinking of replacing my phone with the Motorola Milestone. Feature, specifications, quality built, and screen size---Motorola Milestone is way ahead and it has left me drooling over it. Will be be a good buy and at the same time, practical to get Motorola Milestone to replace my Sony Ericsson Xperia X8? I'm really in a dilemma here. Please guys, I need your feedback, comments and suggestions regarding my situation. Thanks!
