Does anyone know how to install apps onto the microSD instead of the phone memory? As i got Ashpalt HD, need for speed, Skype etc and they chew alot of space!!! woooh! Any possibility of installing onto MicroSD????

[deleted post]That's what you want to believe, I checked X3 pictures & I dont see how anyone would even think that X10's design was copied from X3. There is nothing similar at all. If you say copy, one would think that the X3 would have at least the same form factor as the X10 and its not even close, the X3 is a slider. No similarity at all. Its more likely that the X3-02 Touch and Type copied W960's UI, both phones features touch screen and physical keypad input options.

[deleted post]Dude, I never mentioned about copying. The only thing worth copying is their packaging which as I mentioned before is of nice quality owing to it being a former paper manufacturer.

connected it once on the update and it said its up to date then tried again on pc companion downloaded from uk site still said the same thing then 5 min later something said try it again and it downloaded and installed in 5min 10sec but guess what it was 1.6 not 2.1 I was so pissed off cause I was using 1.6 and it updates to 1.6 then tried it one last time and 4min 30sec later it had downloaded and intalled then took 2min to come on and man oh man is the 2.1 good
although some of my contacts numbers have disappeared and I find it slightly more difficult to add face book links to contacts.
the video options work better and faster
timescape works better and it's smoothness varies from time to time but the more I use 2.1 the faster and smoother it runs.
The msg qwerty keyboard is better and more responsive on certain characters.
I'm loving the functionality for dialing.
all the menu fonts seem clearer.
browsing is faster and even smoother then before which was already damn good.
settings for security have improved.
2.1 has alot more apps (stating the obvious for those who dont know)

tried everything to upgrade to 2.1. all failed( from mobile,using PC comp downloading 170mb, using the 'repair' tab).....please help me...i'm from Bangladesh

Android 2.1 on xperia is awesome!!! Does anyone know if 2.2 can be loaded onto x10??? or please send me a link were you can download the generic .rar file for froyo

after upgrading to 2.1 it become alittle bit slower than the 1.6

I bought this phone month ago,
just thought it would be good after update, but I am very disappointed with the phone, Sound quality and volume is the same,some times the Wifi problem occurs again,
HD video is very poor, you cannot take good videos while you are going in a vehicle, the video get skewed,poor refresh rate and it is awful.

bought this phone two weeks ago....
fast and nice ui with no lag and freeze at all (after upgraded to 2.1).
solid imaging (among the best in android phone) and hd video (no crappy 3gp format like sgs or xt720).
awesome design and build quality...
got it for $499 => $150 cheaper than sgs.
big letdown here is rather outdated firmware => froyo is really common now and gingerbread is just around on the corner..
se is just too slow :(
