like u have a number which starts with 998...but you wish to prefix with 0 before dialing since you're on roaming...
Have actually witnessed better response on wifi than before after the update. Just check if you're getting good speed on ur phone. Test it with speednet app from android market.

Yes, you can create folders for Photo's in Mediascape and will be displayed as an album in Mediascape.
For Music in Mediascape you can make a playlist if you wish too..is there anything specific you wanna try mate? n im not any master :)

If you're main idea is to backup there are many apps which lets you do it...even without an app you can still achieve it by google sync on ur phone. and deafault Messaging app does come with backup to SD Card functionality.
If you're looking for an app which takes the whole backup of your phone including the app's and settings ..check this link and its the first app in the list.

Hey mate if you're trying to create a folder which will contain photo's ...using Astro file manager make sure you're on a folder called Pic and open that folder and then create the folder. this will result in displaying the folder in Mediascape under album tab. Lemme know if this helps.

al, 04 Sep 2010No disadvantages to update to this firmware which increases... moredear al,after using the latest firmware one diff. which i already noted is that whenever i go to phonebook and select a contact and then select the number it wont start dialling as it used to before but instead it will open the dialer box with the no. and u have to press call button then to make a call,this was not happening previously ,this means one more press??????R u also facing the same problem,if not what solutions does it have,and yes in wifi connection i also feel a little bit lag ,do u think after 2.1 update the incall volume and ringtone volume will increase????kindly reply,otherwise this is a wonderfull gadget.

It is because of the OS android 1.6 that full 384mb of RAM cannot be accessed, hence with 1.6 X10 only uses 256mb ram. :)
With the Android 2.1 update X10 will be able to utilize full 384mb

MotoGP, 07 Sep 2010Asian version has 384 RAM, as far as I know(Not sure) it's seemed to be 256mb and 128mb ram for graphic

gsm arena is lying the phone doesn't have 384mb RAM it has only 256mb RAM.I have have the phone and its full of disappointments.I am having a lot problems with my X10. WIFI keeps dropping, GPS “NEVER” connects without WIFI or GPRS.
SE’s high end 3G phone doesn’t have a secondary cam.
Crappy service center where you have to wait for hours just to inquire about latest updates and the arrogant illiterate people there tell you that X10 is a windows phone and doesn’t need updates.
The phone is still having Android 1.6 at a time when GINGERBREAD is coming to the market. Cant install the apps on SD memory and they keep on consuming the phones internal memory. Shit I regret going for SE X10.
The worst part is that they don’t even have any return policies in INDIA. SE people are THUGS!
