but we all now that there will be no support for arabic before Android ver 3
so if SE wants to get on the Race with others .. it has to make some efforts like the other companies as well

SE wanted to update the xperia x10 earlier to Android 2.1 but because of some troubles, they postponed the update to much later than planned. So, imagine you work at SE and you know Arabic is supported in Android 2.1 that you planned in some months. Why do you want SE to work on Arabic language whereas the next update fixes the problem?

SE is the inovator of the mobile phones. Can you let me know, do you have something even simillar like TIMESCAPE & MEDIASCAPE on your SUPER mobile phone samsung? I think the answer is no. So I will NEVER buy this phone. You don't have 8MP camera as well. And don't blame SE about the arabic language support it's google fail.

--> This is an Android problem, not SE. Don't forget this phone uses Android 1.6 until the end of September and that Google hasn't added the support for arabic language in this OS version.

--> One is coming in less than a month and another one is already planned for the last quarter of 2010. HD and many other things are on the way.

I did not find it as a limitation for the things I want to do with the phone. You can say, I'm still happily using Windows XP, even though I have Win 7 and Vista in my desktop, (It's triple boot)...

I m a one who waited and wished for SE to Make a Move
but SE shop still says : sorry we dont have the arabic Language nor any sure information about any upcoming update

How's your weekend trip?... moreLet me inform you that I'm not against the compagny neather against X10 but I'm against people that try to cover some mistakes the compagny SE did on X10. As an android phone X10's update cycle is very bad even with all the power that have the CPU, X10 is really look obsolete and oudated against other phones with same CPU. Soon Gingerbread arrived and Mr Honeycomb it's already announced so my friend even if X10 get Eclair nothing will change for other because most are getting Froyo.

fiza, 31 Aug 2010hye guys...i newly bought this phone...however i don't know... morePlay the music, press the Menu button briefly, then Set As Ringtone option will appear, tap that, and that's it, as simple as that. Hope this helps...
