You can sign up for free on Sony Ericsson's website to have your contacts and other info synced to there website, you can also create contacts on the website and they will sync to the phone. I use Sony Sync, but you can also have it sync with google, so if you have a gmail account with all your contacts you can sync there to. The X10 is great for email, and it syncs my mac mail perfectly. I have not found an attachment that wont open, and it is great looking on the big screen. The X10 even has a cool feature that allows you to create a backup on your phone without the use of a computer, saved to the SD card itself, and if something goes wrong you can restore the phone without the use of the computer.

hi,
I got a Nokia E71 at the moment which is a good business phone in my opinion and it has worked well for me. I can sync my new contacts from my handset directly to ovi which is one feature I really don't want to surrender.
Do SE have such a facility for their handsets? Is it any good?
What is the experia like for writing emails does anyone know? I find the Nokia E71 to be a really excellent business phone & I'm hopeful the xeperia will be as good.
Any advice would be appreciate.

it works like a laptop, opera mini, or default is very very fast, and the browser is the best , the icon with arrows in the left down side is very usefull better than multitouch. i have a complain. somebody knows how to make visible the bluetooth more than 120 secs?

I have a question regarding mms. Every time I send a picture message, my x10 resizes the picture to about 25 kb in size, but when I receive pictures from other people its always 150-200 kb. my only complaint is that when I send a picture, its always smaller in resolution than the pictures I receive. Is there a way to change the size of my outgoing mms? Thanks.

I've recently bought this amazing phone but was surprised to know that it doesn't even have FM radio. Moreover, the volume of sound is also very low when talking on phone although I have set to full volume(the normal mode, not speaker volume). Any clue, guys how to improve the sound level?

Also, my Yahoo Messenger is always log on, so I never get off the internet because of that...

I am using PDAnet for my X10 for USB tethering, and it gives me a good speed better than my Vivaz with built-in USB tethering software from PC Companion...

I disable images unless i need to see an image obviously and use mini opera to get best speeds cause 99% of times i go on line for info and really only need text..I think they are going to release chrome for android which shud help unless chrome is on x10 already i have galaxy s but we are all android users..

Hi all I am trying my best to play MP4 on my... morethis 16 million colour argument has gone on since panasonic brought out their clamshell with 16m screens...You wil not see any difference in colours but maybe less banding ...it also depends on what programme is written at as well but this is what i always put,,
The maximum number of pixels in one direction on x10 is 854..therefore the maximum number od colour gradients acroos the screen can only equal 854..I you go from dep red thru pink all the way to white the maximum number of colours is 854 and the same if you go from dark black at top of screen all the way thru to white at bottom of x10 the max number of colour gradients is 854...Your talking about 16 million colours or even at this moment 65,000 colours so it will make no more accuracy or colour difference..So really the colour pallette does not mean nothing..

The consumer is able to enjoy the best of what his mobile can offer and the company gains profits as well as respect and appreciation of costumers. Releasing a flagship at un unresonable price for the gaps in it's sheet and releasing the update a long time after the product was launched reveals a lack of respect in regard to your own costumers!!!

It was originally designed to convert to the PSP, which lucky for us X10 owners, is widescreen. It is simple to use, and powerful. You can ever rip and convert youtube videos. Heck it even lets you pick video quality right up to TV standards.

I ams using AVS free edition to convert the videos & there is an option to covert MP4 for android phones in which I can manually edit the resolution.
