Let SE fans alone please! The X10 is Sony Ericsson's first Android smart phone, so please don't judge that the X10 is the second or third Android smart phone of SE. By the way by the end of the year every SE Android phone will have the Android 2.2 Froyo with an update. I read this on my source. By the way SE has NOT finished the smart phone announcement 4 this year, because we will see other devices probably soon. They will announce their first Windows Phone 7 smart phone, they will announce a new Symbian phone too. And I am sure that the X10's successor will run on Froyo, it will have an 1.3 GHZ CPU, 576 Mb of Ram, 4 inch WVGA screen, or maybe XGA, at least 8 GB of internal memory. If you hate SE, or you hate the X10, you can leave the forum. I admit that this is NOT perfect, but it is NOT a bad device. I know that lacks Multi touch, I am sure the successor of the X10 will have it, and that will be an awesome phone.

bye bye poor X10 no android 3.0 and no froyo thanx google android only real phone like nexus, evo 4g, desire, droid x, droid 2, galaxy s, galaxy s pro. ram 512mb and X10 only ram384 mb. short live for X10 with android 2.1

Just updated my phone to R2 yesterday..
update yours now..
Debrand your x10 to UK Generic then update to R2..
-Better Camera Performance
-No More Lag (Cant see anyware)
-No more lag on selecting and scrolling widgets
-New themes on Timescape
-Improve battery life (over 30% more i think)
-UI improvements on Mediascape
-Scrolling photos on mediascape is now faster
-Louder call volume
-more responsive

Just after the R2 update, i now rate my phone 9/10
a 2.1/2.2 will make it 10/10... LOL
