Hey guys, I'm fed up with my N1's issues and am looking into getting an X10 or something compatible with TMobile USA. Hows the performance on the X10? would you recommended it? I have been a long time Sony Ercsson fan because of their build quality and features (I've owned T160, K750i, and my all time favorite the K800i) and now Im looking into the X10. Hows the Camera? Hows the Music Player? how do you like it? Do you think its gonna get multitouch (at least pinch to zoom)? and isn't it supposed to have radio since its embedded in the snapdragon?

How about we all ignore the bashing and move on.. seriously with all the time wasted on replying to the bashing we could maybe help more ppl :P
just leave the sad no-life bashers to waste their time, only reason they carry on is because u give them attention.

n u will know by urself that xperia x10 screen visibility in sunlight is much better than htc desire and even Samsung Galaxy S with super amoloed display

mark anthony howard , 22 Jun 2010how do you get loudspeaker on this phone?Hey mate
whilst on a call, press the bottom left hand button, there are different options there, such as swap calls, merge them, hold, mute and SPEAKER, and bluetooth, just press the speaker and it should turn green underneath it.

I am looking for a phone that have a big sharp colorful screen good cam.I have to choose between xperia x10 and Samsung Galaxy S i9000.
WIch one is better?(I have tried 1 yr and half ago samsung omnia and i didn t like it at all,I use now an nokia N97)

guys all the phone are good but only thing is check what you like if you want style and camera go for x10 it will never let you down on the software its got good custom interface better than any other phone and if you think phone slows down buy your self and check i used it it doesnt slow down and i have friend using x10 he says he is quite happy and he doesnt want to upgrade to 2.1 he will only update for 720p

Roar..., 22 Jun 2010Talking about OS, do you think Windows XP and Vista is so m... moreWhat basic fonctionality for you. you guys must stop it. android 1.6 do not support multi touch, pinch zoom, no 16 million color, no hd video playback and record those are main basic fonctionality. do not justify the poor performance of x10 running 1.6 you can not even compare 2.0 to 1.6 because 2.0 and 2.1 are in the same base and the main functions look the same. come on, no hd video record, no multi touch, no pinch zoom, no 16 m color and you said same base, please give me a break.

I recommend you to buy the X10, or the HTC Desire.
First I tell you about the X10: it has a bigger(4 inch) screen, it has an 8MP camera, it has a great CPU(1GHZ), 384 Ram. It has great applications, such the Timescape and Mediascape. It is available in 2 colors.
Now the Desire: it has a 3.7 inch WVGA screen(like the X10), 576 Ram, 1GHZ CPU, 5 Mp camera. Both lacks a QWERTY.

[deleted post]Talking about OS, do you think Windows XP and Vista is so much different? Actually I triple boot on my PC with Win7, Vista and XP, but I still prefer XP for most of my works. Just like Android 1.6 versus 2.1, they are the same just a few tweaks here and there, but not much in terms of basic functionality...

awesome fone... got it a month ago. never hangs....its very fast. nice battery life. loudspeaker a bit low but of great quality. very very nice screen! love it!
