Is that any body who can help me or tell me how i can be able to download fonts in to this telehone xperia 10 why cant i download anything iwant. Do i have to do some Ajustment to this phone? Thanks

Hello dear X10-owner-who-have-battery-issue,
I deem it important to share with all of you my findings in regard of poor battery, actually in regard of how to improve its performance.
1) Buy yourself another micro-USB charger. I do not know the reason, but the one which came with the phone does not do the trick (read: does not work with my following findings). The one I bought for example is Nokia charger.
2) Download from the market an application named Battery Indicator. Its a application, which shows the percentage of remaining battery, but also unplugged time, temperature and voltage of the battery.
3) If you are charging the X10 with your NEW charger then do not unplug it when the charging indicator in the upright corner of the phone turns of and the Battery Indicator shows 100%.
IT IS IMPORTANT that when your battery reaches 100% and the Battery Indicator says "overvoltage" keep charging until the "overvoltage" disappears. It takes approximately 45 minutes until the "overvoltage" disappears since the battery level has reached 100%.
Other thing I have noticed that leaving the phone charging for too long (f.e for a night) makes the battery drain faster. Thereof, it is important to disconnect the phone practically immediately after the "overvoltage" has disappeared.
Doing according to the above said has improved my battery life a lot. Before discovering such way of charging, I had to charge my phone in every 24 hours (I use GPRS a lot for playing World War and iMobsters). No I can do with one charging approximately twice as much :)
Also I use TasKille (not Advanced Task Killer or any other similar programs). I find TasKiller to be most effective (but it may be a matter of taste as well).
And those who use GPRS a lot, an application named APNdroid is really useful. When I am not using it, I can turn it of my tapping on an APNdroid widget on home screen. And when I need it, I can just as easily turn it on again.

I think that it was last week when I posted the respective comment here as well. Maybe U should look for it. It was a comment posted under my present name "helper" and it was quite long...

hi, just bought a new x10 about a week ago and am not sure if i found a fault in the phone or not.
firstly, when i stick in charge when i sleep and wake up like 5 hours later the battery fully charged the wee green light goes out!!!
but i notice if i leave it, in charage say about 1hour or two the battery more the battery drops a few percent while and wee green light, lights back up telling me it's charging again!
is this normal?

Unfortunately the X10 has a few issues. Is not much you can do about it. If you want to complain go somewhere als. The people in here will consider you a Nokia fan and will only laugh you out instead of helping. SE is not what it once was and that upsets fans in here. I hope this helps.

Help me please. I am new to smart phones. I had a iPHONE for a short while and now my wife gave me a X10 for my birthday but I have a problem. Although the volume control is set to max, I barely hear when talking on the phone. I had it checked at a local SE dealer and they said is normal like that. But I can't use it only if I am in a quiet place :-(

1.so what X10 doesn't have multitouch ....cuz SE said they will be bringing more inutiative gesture for the X10 for zooming nd etc
2.ok loud speaker is little feeble bt dats if u r in a fisg marker or heavily crowded area until then if u r in ur room or something then then the sound frm the speakers will be enough
3.have u really seen the X10 virtual keyboard nd the screen its 4''...so what do u expect the virtual keyboard from a 4'' display.....the keyboard is big,responsive nd comfortable to type on......though i think u like hardware keyboard...its ur choice dude!!
4.don't talk abt the features cuz X10 have some xclusive features dat other android phones lack
ND GUYYZZ WHY CAN'T U WAIT CUZ SE HAVE ALREADY HAVE CONFIRMED THAT WITHIN SEPTEMBER OR OCTOBER THEY WILL BE BRINGING HUGE UPDATE TO THE DEVICE....ND TONS OF XCLUSIVE DAT WILL NOT B AVAIBLE TO OTHER ANDROID PHONES..
REMEMBER THE MORE U WAIT THE MORE SWEET U GET..
nd um dying to see what SE is going to do with the new os 2.1 or 2.2 ...cuz they said they will be creating a whole new USER INTERFACE FULLY CUSTOMIZED LIKE THE 1.6!!
so just waitin for dat day nd dying to see other X10 haters cry:D

This phone is not up to the mark as it dosent have small thing like multitouch. Speaker is week. I didn't find this phone amazing. It dosent have hardware keyboard also coz typing on virtual keyboard for long mails is painful. Just buying a smartphone for its look dosent make sence. This phone is feature less phone and i am not satisfied with it.

anita, 05 Jun 2010plz help guys!!! my x10's shutter sound is completely gone... more hi anita,just open urs x10 camera then press left button,click on advanced setting,there is option of sutter sound it may be off of ur phone,on it.othet wise restore camera setting.
