it's true an update is out. but actually it did tell me that a new software for my X2 is available. i'm downloading it right now. let's see how it goes... :D

I still don't think this is the new update, since the update service is mentioning that we have the latest software, maybe it's an improved one but not the (MR1) we are waiting for, so I'll be waiting for a couple of few days thanks.

It may be the unstable opera app making the phone crash, not the phone itself crashing. I just updated my phone from instructions below and i am loving it! No crash so far and seems that phone is much faster for me! Love the new looks on my music player!

ups...my fault. i was wrong when i say that we can use the gps. i was so happy when i saw the fastgps. i tought that we can use the gps without internet. in my oppinion, i feel there is no improvement on performance. i still have a crash when i use opera mobile 10 final. but the rsdio is good. and now i have menu for video call, but i haven't try it yet. becouse i still in the middle of a junggle that there is no 3g. and i relly love the new home screen. it's cool.

mido was true. after update, i can use the radio now. we can use the gps. but unfortunatle...i lost my lovely extraxt and experiment 13. but i can get the game from mido's link. btw, i haven't try the video call yet. when i update, it say that my device has already newest software. but i still try to update. when the installation progress done, it say that the installation was failed to. but its allready success. maybe i have to try to update again tomorow

just do it ... reinstall the software .. when it says u already hv da latest .. just reinstall

Hi i just got my xperia 2, i was so happy until i started making a phone call. I was trying to dial the phone number on the screen and then it got stick with the noise will not go away. Any time when i dial a number im having the same problems. Plez need help..

Anonymous, 01 Apr 2010motorola milestone is a good choice when compared to xperia... moreMy friend motorola is not a dependable company and the phones are only good for a time, if you look closely motorola phones are only for a short and have a short life span. where as SE phones u can have them for 3 to 4 years.
SE 2010 it looks like am gonna have to help you out here lol, If you guys did have faith in any other company am sure you would bought their phones but you didnt because you all knew that SE is the most reliable company when it comes to proper updates and quality phones. I just like all of you am also waiting on the update too. But!if the company is working hard on the update and they found some bugs that has to be ironed out so you can have a proper updat that your gonna be proud of why fuss and fight? come on people lets just wait and see what happens next can we all agree on that

motorola milestone is a good choice when compared to xperia x2......it has better photo and video quality.... it also has a bigger screen......and it has no visible lag.....in my opinion milestone is way better than the x2......
