Just ordered the phone today, cant wait till it gets here, just a question.. would the X2 work with the Aino's blutooth headset?.

Also, I told you the front camera is not for taking pictures, it is only for video telephony.

*by da way the specs said that it has a front camera and 3g video call is not yet available so does it mean that you can use it for capturing images? confused right now >.

moimoi, 13 Mar 2010can you use the front camera for capturing images? and is t... moreNo the front camera is only for video telephony. And the internet is very fast, and yes you can download a facebook panel, which is cool and easy to use.
I would recommend this phone on the samsung omnia any time, anyday.
At least with this phone we are getting several updates every month, which is making our devices, faster, more responsive and adding to it more cool applications.
While with the samsung, there will be no updates at all. Plus the X2 is lighter in weight and has a better keyboard for emailing/texting plus a better camera.
So the overall you are getting is much more than the omnia.

We hope that with the first incoming update SE will fix this issue.

just bought this phone, does anyone know how long does the first battery charge take? ive been charging it for 2 days now and its still isnt fully charged or is it supposed to do that, just charge all the time? may seem like a stupid question but this is my first phone like this and i know initially you fully charge new phone but how long does it first charge for????//

If you don't like it, there are still many devices in the market today which work just as fine and even better than the X2. So you have nothing to lose my friend.

Good :
1- brilliant keyboard for texting/emailing
2- crisp clear screen
3- lovely user interface and gorgeous panels for customisation
4- Very good 8 megapixel camera for great pictures.
5- Good touch screen and works excellent with the stylus.
6- Very fast device for browsing the internet and downloading.
Bad :
1- low speakers sound when ringing and hearing music.
2- the device will occasionally freeze and not respond.
3- Not a recommended device for multimedia, yet it is considered acceptable.
Overall, I highly recommend it for business users specially the ones who are already familiar with the windows mobile operating system.

Do you have idea on price of X2? all I need a SE phone with finger writing option (Stylys) and I will use that only call and email purpose. No intention to use for any other power use.
Now advice, shall I got for it or not!!

Its obvious that he will claim that he has nothing to lose, although I doubt he even used the phone! My self along with other users in this forum has used the X2, and we are very happy and satisfied with how great this device is. In fact, some people even mention that it is by far, the best wm handset they have ever used.
Anyway, to be honest with you, the device is not fast, but it is not slow by any means as well, it is average. And with the next coming updates from SE, which by the way will be very soon, we are expecting a fair improvement in speed, performance and stability.
The device also has some negative points, but the overall performance is more than satisfying. If you are willing to listen and not base your decision by one inexperienced person, tell me and I will be more than glad to procede further.

So how about you go to the BB forums and give them all your mambo and jumbo ideas lol. I think you would really fit much better there :)

If your so naive to believe such a person like steem or whatever his name is, then I guess you don't deserve to have an amazing device such as the X2. Anyway, Good luck with your next handset and keep in mind that you will be missing a lot specially if you are a business user :)
Because as far as my experience leads me, the X2 is one of the best business devices that are in the mobile market today. Again, if your the kind that goes with one opinion with out ever bothering him self to ask others.
I guess the X2 will never be your thing.
