After years of being a SE fan, I have finally given up on SE. Not only are SE sales plummeting due to unpopular models, their reliabity is now at a critically low failure level. Nokia and Samsung as always are producing the best of the best. Samsung is able to sell at reasonable prices as it makes its own CPU, screens etc. Nokia is famous for its lower /mid range phones. So, I will not be desperatly trying to promote SE anymore as I have done in the past. Good luck SE fan boys.

Aliza, 25 Feb 2010Just three weeks,can u tell me ur region,do u regret buying... moreThe device is great, maybe it freezes sometimes but this is normal in a wm device. and it freezes for 2 seconds so no big deal. The X2 is wonderful! And I love the ui(user interface) and panels system they are just gorgeous.
The internet speed is great, the keyboard is very friendly, I'm checking my emails, logging in my msn, playing games on it and everything is very smooth. So, why should I regret having it? Maybe I will have another device for fun but it will not replace my main device which is the X2.
Aliza pls stop worrying ok, I told you if your afraid of it go with the safe side the vivaz or the vivaz pro, I also gave you some alternatives from other companies. However, if you are willing to try the x2 it is a great device.
I am in Canada what about you sweety?

But with the updates its going to be smooth, fast, better. So why not make your overall performance greater if you can?
Why stay with the same quality with no improvement. I always like to improve everything in my life, whether it's in studying or my career or sports or clothes or whatever, that's the reason I like SE phones because they give me the chance to improve my phone and make it in a better condition.

It freezes sometimes but as a wm customer I know this is totally normal, because this happens sometimes only not always.
I agree with you about the delays in SE phones and this is their major problem, and we always keep telling them to be accurate with their timing.
Regarding customer support I'm sorry but I don't agree with you on this one sweety, because its the customers responsibility to know these things since its one of the company is policies. And they make it pretty clear.
Also, most importantly most of the customers don't update their SE phones, however, they still function very well, yes its true because the quality of SE is very high.
on the other hand, if customers would update their phones I think their cellphones will work properly for them for a long time. So, the thing is that SE has this advantage so people should use it. because other companies like nokia and samsung lack this important feature.

Because its true when you try for your ... moreHi,how long have u been using X2,and did it hang or freeze?my brother uses xperia x1 and right now he's installed htc software in it n it works pretty well.vivaz will be launched in march so it will be a long wait 4 vivaz pro,okay u tell me why is vivaz being launched before x10?dont u think se takes a lot of time releasing their fones?and their customer support is not well managed dont u agree?just think about a layman who is not aware of technology in terms of updates available through internet,se fails to provide support to such customers,dont take me wrong I am not being anti SE,any suggestions?

Nemo_10, 25 Feb 2010does anyone have any suggestions to what phone to buy?I would the suggest the Satio or the Vivaz I think they are great phones. Also, if you don't care about the bluetooth and the camera and want a good multimedia phone you can try the iphone.
Htc also have pretty decent phones such as, the new HD2 and the Htc hero.
It all depends what you want in your cellphone.

As I browse on some of the postings, I can't help but realise that there some patrons that are not happy with their purchased X2 (to least looking into having one...)
For those of you who are complaining, let me make it easy for you and end your whining; sell your phone and get the one that will satisfy you!
I know for sure that there is someone in your country that will be happy just to own one -please put a reasonable price like you want to dispose of it; otherwise you're stuck with it!

Sony gave us a lot, Best LCD TVs, Best Blu-ray and Dvd players. Also, they gave us the play station, I just can't imagine playing games with out the PlayStation. And let's not forget their laptops, cameras,electronic accessories and finally the amazing SE cellphones.
I mean Sony really did work very hard to provide us with all these stuff and with good quality as well! I respect this company and I also admire that they take care of their customers after you purchase anything from them.

@SE 2010, i ve been a SE fan from time in memorial. i started with the T630i, then k750i, then w800i and finally now w960i. i am waiting for x2 os to be balanced and i will equally buy it. Never mind i ve been in the game for so long. Nobody can deceive me. if i leave SE and go for another fone, it will definitely b HTC. i only want u to ignore other brand fans dat come to this forum to drag us back. Lets use the time to answer dem and do better things for ourselves. i love sony and sony ericsson.All my gadgets are sony and phones are sony ericsson!!!!!!!!!!!! cheers!!!!!!

all i can say is that its a nice phone. you can never tell that its nice unless you used or have one. lets not aegue about whats the best phone, each of us has its own personality, just like the phone. we just have to choose which phone that fits our life style.
and for me the x2 is the perfect match. im a fan of phone but not all phone. I must admit that I also look at the name of the brand, and the top brands are nokia, sony ericsson for me. because i have use samsung motorala and lg before, but they couldnt have that thing that the 2 bigtime phone makers offered to me.
this is just beyond my experience ith the phone's I have. if your a person who love to surf the net using a mobile phone x2 is an option. and I garantee you that youll enjoy using it as much as I do. and still surprises me everytime i used it.
