xS don't buy this outdated x2( old cpu, small screen, only 256 mb ram) in my country the HTC HD2 is cheaper, but the HTC is much more poverful (1ghz cpu, 448mb ram, 4,3 capacitive screen) You would see that, the x2 is very slow compare the HD2, and the HD2 is wm7 compatible, x2 hardvare is too outdated for wm7.
I have x1, but never buy x2. Not bill twice. x2 true name is x1.1

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970A smartphone is a smartphone, ahs many useful applications, the only bad thing is the price. If you have enough money, buy this phone. A cheap phone does not have eg aGPS, or Wi-Fi, or many other importnat things.

Actually, this x2 have'n been launched officially in Indonesia. But SE official retail have sell this stuff. Yesterday I got this stuff on my hand. I think its a good smartphone, but its not perfect. First, its slow response. Second, we can't use accelerometer sensor for autorotate. Third, there is no FM radio. Fourth, till now i still could'n find the way to make video call. Does anyone can help me to show how to make video call on X2?

Sony Ericsson delays Xperia X2 launch to April in certain countries
A member of the Xda-developers forum was trying to find out the definitive release date of the Sony Ericsson Xperia 2 and was told that the Windows Mobile handset would not be ready until April. A Sony Ericsson rep gave him the following response, "Due to the possibility of further optimization, we have decided not to launch the x2 in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands. The launch date has been tentatively set in April. Therefore, Customer Care Support will only be available for this product at that time." In the U.S., the model will be known as the Xperia X2a. As we recently let you know, the Sony Ericsson web site put the handset up with a notification bar so that you can receive an email when the phone is ready to be sold. Based on what is going on overseas, we would imagine that constant checking of your in-box will not be required.

I think SE was one of the first phones that open the MP3 era few years ago , now SE was left behing from other stinky phones like lg and samsung (theyre the worst) i always owned SE , but the internet and quertyuiop keyd pad force me to leave SE , if SE launch more cheapest phones with this kinds of keypads and bigger screen i will return imediatly to SE

SE is the best! i had like 5 sony ericsson phones! and survived ME!! they have a long life time and neither of the phones is broken which i have sold 4 of them because they were in a very good condition! SE is unbeatable..i was going to buy the nokia n900 which in my opinion is a good internet tablet but not a good phone... and then i saw this XPERIA X2 which is AWSOME!!the shape the size camera panels EVERYTHING!! SE will rise again and be the best! youll see!

I think they will announce a 12MP camera phone with awesome lens, optical zoom, 3.5 inch WVGA screen or 4inch WVGA screen, 8Gb or 16GB of internal memory, great design, at least 720MHZ CPU, Symbian OS!
If they will announce such a phone, they will kick Samsung's as*!! :D

Do you think SE will give up easily, that's impossible. The think is enough with negative comments and don't tell me we are going to say goodbye for SE. Because we are not.
SE will rise again and will never allow itself to be kicked outside the competition. Dude we should see the bright side, enough with the downside pls.

Did you read the report of the big loss of ... moreAs we can see, SE puts all it's hope in the new X10 high-end phone. The X2, and X10 need to save them, I really hope those new Xperias will make a miracle, if not, we have to say bye SE!
It is so sad things are really bad, but if General Motors survived in this recession, SE will survive too, this is my final opinion!!

As we saw, the X10 will be available in Japan, via Ntt Docomo! This is an european model right? Japan will bring their SE phones for overseas from now on, if something bad will not happen.
SE Japan Co, and SE Mobile Communications will give to each other their phones, this is awesome right? The good news is I am NOT joking, today I read this on a GREAT SE site! We could see Bravia phones, we could see phones like the W64S from SE Japan, and we could see mini Walkman phones too!

Also, you can buy the new handset from SE which is a radio and a bluetooth handfree set in the same time. Believe me this is a great choice because it will allow you to switch between the radio and the songs on your mobile any time without any annoying wires along your neck.

This phone seem to be unfinished. Its programs are working slow and phone itself turn off too often. Phone should not have been launched to markets yet, it is hal-done. Biggest plus are design and keyboard, but it does not help if phone is not good at all. Recommend rather Samsung omnia pro or HTC´s phone.
