Firstly, thanks to everyone who left questions and… here are the answers as promised. Most of the questions seem to fall under a few categories so I’ll answer them that way.
The Chipset: We chose the Qualcomm 7200A for two reasons. 1: It is a chipset that we know and trust, we’ve been able to optimize the device to significantly improve its performance. We’ve also improved the way the device manages its memory so we get a better multimedia experience, a more responsive camera, panels and panel management. 2: We wanted the X2 to come in at a lower price point than the X1. Rather than start work with a whole new chipset we chose to develop what we were doing with the Qualcomm to maximize the power / speed / cost ratio.
The screen: We chose the best possible TFT LCD we could find and we’re sticking by it – the vibrant 3.2 inch display on the X2 has high color saturation, high speed and contrast and a great viewing angle. Sony Ericsson will always look for the best and brightest in display technology and for the X2 we are happy with the display we chose.
The FM radio: This won’t be available at launch (sorry) but we are listening to your feedback and will work to bring FM Radio in at our first post-launch software release that will be free of charge for all users.
Panels: We will continue to develop panels for both the X1 and the X2 – look for more details on new panels right here on the blog.

SE, 16 Dec 2009For all those naive, shallow and inexperienced people who k... moredont forget the acclelerometer and stereo speakers!
also, the brand new interface (new dialer which is both beautiful and functional, new task manager and most importantly the software keyboard).
some things ppl forget to mention is that x2 is compatible with media go, the universal media syncing software also used for the psp.
and finally, dlna functionality.
im just hoping for one thing though, a remoteplay panel for accessing the ps3, now that would differentiate this device from all other windows phones.

Thanks SE for line up major changes, which are important for those who have eye to understand the design changes as well as others. Anyway how much we clear these changes, no-brainers will always stick up with their stupid way of degrading themselves.
For those who wants some answers to these I want to share these that I read at xperiancers.com (I hope I am not falling as copier but I wanted to share these followed with link to original post)

For all those naive, shallow and inexperienced people who keeps saying that the only advantage that the X2 has over the X1 is the stupid camera, well I have a good respond for you, check this out :
1- Although the X2 has the same processor as the X1, however, the X2's processor has a boost on it which makes it perform faster and better than the X1.
2- X1 has a 3 mgpxl camera, while X2 has a 8.1 mgpxl which makes a huge difference specially if you like to take a lot of photos.
3- X1 video recording is VGA and the quality is average. X2 on the other hand has a WVGA recording video, which makes it the best video recording mobile after the Omnia HD!
4- X1 has wm 6.1 and yes you may upgrade it to 6.5 but you may also have some problems with it. The X2 has already the wm 6.5 version and it functions very good on the device.
5- X2's keyboard is the best you could ever have on any mobile, so it makes typing and chatting much faster than the X1.
6- X2 has a better battery performance, the X2 is lighter in weight and also looks more stylish.
7- the X2 has a bigger screen 3.2 inch, whereas the X1 only has a 3 inch screen and the edges are not smooth as the x2.
8- X2 has more panels, has a tv-out and the device can support divx/xvid while the X1 lacks all these things together.
After all this said, next time any one posts a comment says well there is no difference between the X1 and the X2. I prefer he uses his brain a little bit to avoid making of himself a total laugh.

Forget about the X2. SE is making fun of themselves by announcing such a joke. This should have been release in Q4 2008!! now it's going to be released in Q1 2010!! Isn't that hilarious?!

For me, I used this piece of art to review and edit my email just as I do exactly on my computer. So, if you review your emails often, I would highly recommend the X2 for you.

X2 to be launched in January.
"The software worked fine but when we started integrating it with some of the network specific apps it threw up a few issues which we’re working to fix.
It’s all minor tweaks really (extending the battery life and speeding up aspects of the software), but we want to be sure that when we ship this it is as good as it should be and that you don’t have to constantly upgrade the software as we iron out these wrinkles.
So… we’re launching first week of January. Really sorry if you were looking forward to getting hold of one before then but it will be worth it when we get there."

However, you can take your cellphone to any laser store, and you can ask him to print the letters you want on the keyboard. Many people tried it, and they seem happy and satisfied. Because after printing the letters in laser. They will look exactly like the original letters in english. All the best my friend.

Best windows mobile after HTC HD2, I'm really impressed by the camera 8.1 and video recording wvga (400*840). Also, the keyboard is the amazing, in fact it's the best keyboard I've seem in a mobile. Further, the stereo speakers are great and with the tv out and xvid/divx support yummy yummy. Above it it's stylish and it has very useful features with wm 6.5 professional, and let's not forget all the customization you can do with this gadget whether it's from the Internet or the xda website, which by the way offers tons of Roms, programs and games for this device. I just can't wait for this piece of art to come to existence, it's a must buy for me. Have a great day folks :)

Why is a compass important???
And when I saw the £ of the X2 it was reasonable, maybe the £ I saw was premature but until it's out properly then who knows.
Have you ever tried using a radio on a mobile phone, they don't really work very well.
Phone choice is exactly that, a choice. IF you don't like SE then don't buy it. IF you have SE and want to share your bad or good experiences then we are all grateful.
I had Nokia from 96 until 08 and think they had their fair share of problems. There's something about every phone that I like whether Nokia, HTC, Motorola, Samsung, LG or SE. And there's things I don't like.
If I buy the X2 and I don't like it then I will comment, and then sell it. I will keep trying phones until I get one I am happy with. My W960i will keep me going until then.
