My phone\s product code is not yet included on the list for the OS update. Whew no wonder I can't update mine from 1.6 to 2.1. Hope SE would release an update for my phone's product code soon.

bought SE Xperia X8 .....from the day1 it was getting restarting while playing a video...either a Demo video or Mpeg4 normal Video.....i got replaced the mobile with new One due to the same problem....But the new X8 was also getting restarted like that...Is there any problem with every mobile...?Ur mobiles(X8) were also restarting while playing video.....?

Check the "SI Number" at the back of your phone (8 digits number like 1242-4859) then open this http://www.xperia-x8.com/android-2-1-enclair-is-out-for-sony-ericsson-xperia-x8/ to make sure your phone has the update to 2.1 already

Hi guys! I tried updating my phone OS to v2.1 but it doesn't seem to work. I've follow the steps from the SE support still but after the update, it's still 1.6 that's installed on my phone. What do I need to do? Pls help.

Hey me too updated my x8 now. Performance is cool. But I cant find multiple widgets in a single screen, did anyone of u observed that? x10 has multiple widgets in a single screen.
