sony ericsson's official website says that X8 comes with 'mega bass' preset equilizer unlike x10 mini:D....WOW..

Design is stylish and too good! The 3 inch screen is adequate enough. But a big disappointment in the Cam. I don't see the point of "No Flash" and "No Auto Focus"! Also the Cam is 3.2 MP!? X10 Mini has got a better 5 MP cam than this one :| Seriously SE missed a trick here. Had there been a better Cam, people would obviously go for this one.
I guess it would cost around INR 11,000-12,000!

its a nice phone ..can someone tell me if it would have a auto rotate landscape qwerty keyboard..otherwise it would be hard to type in normal mode..PLEASE advise...

Did u mean a multicolored handset - I mean the cell phone body being a melange of colors? Now thats plain crazy in a cell phone but hey what ever works for you... Now X10 doesn't come with that kind of a body, but I'm certain u can get a case for it....

what?! No flash and AF again! I can bet this phone still sports the fast-port. I don't see myself getting another SE phone in the nearest future.... from a disappointed SE fan

The X8 is pretty much a redundant model, cause I believe that the X10/Mini/Pro had already covered each segment.
SE could have just plan how will they going to top the X10. Like putting a 3'7 inch Amoled display(I believe this is the ideal size), 1.2/1.3 Ghz processor, has multi-touch, powerful LED flash (if Xenon cannot really be implemented) and not just photolight. Having it on Eclair at launch is okay.
I think SE can do all these things if they really want to.

I heard from sony sales manager that X8 has got color screen ? But i wont believe unless i use it.
They told me last time that X10 is color phone but when i gone to purchase store person told me it is black/white phone with black/white camera.
so guys have u any idea about camera features of x8 ?
Also i found that it comes with massive 2 MB of internal memory..?
wow 2MB i will download lots of music and video in to phone..!!!
