I have had a one of these for about a month now and could not recommend it less. Originally when I got the phone it would hang (not respond for ages when adding contacts and once while turning it on). I got the phone replaced in case it was a defective handset but still have similiar problems (although not as often as before). So my recommendation would be to stay away from it !

well, i have used this phone for more than 6 months..so far i find the fuctions are superb. bluetooth, infrared, gprs and so on, brilliant. the only thing that make this phone not so perfect is the photos are not that good quality, but the picture size is definately bigger than samsung E700. Ringtone is definately the best as this phone can save midi files which downloaded from internet as the default tone. cover is cool since it is exchangable. Grab it

one of the greatest gsm handsets i've come across in a long while... great inovative design... the top in terms of functionality, i do believe SE is the leader in that field... have been usin it for about 7 months now an no problems yet...seemless synching over bluetooth with ma laptop as well as many other useful features... it's definately a good buy

I got the Sony Ericsson Z600 a couple weeks ago. Great Reception, haven't been disconnected once!!! Brilliant display and user friendly. Very lightweight yet durable. Cool ringtones. I love it. I'm still trying to figure out all the features. It has bluetooth and cool games. Give it a try!!!

i have use nokia & ericsson before, but i have alway love Ericsson 'cause their technology...

anyway, just got this Z600 for $149 Australian dollar and also got the BlueTooth headset for free too.. all in all, quite a good bargain for me for something like this.. but now i am looking for the data cable or maybe the wireless bluetooth USB data transfer...

the price is very expansive for those... around $100 buck... hmmm... all in all, a damm good fone.

i just bought this fone and it is a reallly kool fone. The desgin is unique and it has some kool stuff. I had nokia, motorola, samsung but overall this is one of the best fones and the camera could be compared to the samsung e715. This website i forgot compares e715 pic and z600 and they were almost the same.

The Sony ericsson Z600 is by far the best GSM phone i have come across. I have used 3 brans earlier and i ave come back to Sony Ericsson. My earlier Sony Ericsson phones were...T310 and T610. I have used Nokia and Motorolla phones. Though they too are good in their respect, i personally have found Sony Ericsson phnes and especially the Z600(the best camera phone in the Sony ericsson group) really good.

This phone is good but it's a bit “fat”.
I had it for 3 months and now i want to buy 7600 or samsung e 715.
But if you don't mind fatness than buy it its great .

looks big and square. surely sony have the technology to put that much information into a smaller phone?

I've been using the Z600 for six months, and while the display and camera is not quite as good at the Mot V525, The bluetooth headset (HBH-65) works well with the mobile. I've tried the T610 and 630 but found the central key got very loose and needed to be serviced a few times until I gave up and got the Z600.
