More maH... moreSmartphone batteries is supposed to be based on average usage, because it is the majority, basing the battery on heavy usage which is the minority is a big mistake, increasing the weight of the phone and thickness, messing with the mobility of the phone which a major thing in a phone for the lithium ion vampires is not wise, the key for these people is supposed to be the fast charging, nevertheless, based on your intels 7h SOT is still way more than average, i mean think of it, 7h/16 thats a lot of time to use your smartphone everyday, even Sony basher in the comment thread can't deplete it lol.

People expect more with that amount ... moreDefine featureless, everytime Sony comes out with a new feature it becomes a trend or even standard feature next year, since the waterproof then the stereo speakers until now the 21:9 display which Sony is being criticized, the 21:9 is going to be a standard feature soon, copy my words.
I do understand fanboys praising there brand and overdo it sometimes, but can't understand fanboys bashing other brands all the time.

More maH would be welcome, but I am surprised how much juice it got out of 3330 maH, for a 6,5 inch 4K display.
Translates to about 6-7 hr SoT with casual use, just as some users reporting.

Yes the camera is very good. But outside of the camera, xperia is very featureless.

P30=3650mah+ 6.1inch FHD+ = 83h
OnePlus 7pro= 4000mah+ 6,67inch QHD+ =85h
Xperia 1= 3330mah + 6.5 inch 4k = 79h..
Where are the people complaining about battery capacity in this phone? Why don't you go and complain about battery optimization in other phones.

79h is same of s10.
S10 has bit more screen area, but 1 has almost 2 million pixels more.

Received my phone yesterday bundled with the headphones WH-1000XM3 and I have to say I love it. Great design and brilliant screen.
Now I am not such advanced users that you are in this forum but for bloke like me everything is perfect!
