hey, 12 Mar 2023After update my Sony to android 13 version all works not ba... moreWhen I bought the 10 IV it was on 12 but before the basic setup I update the device to 13 and then set up the account.. so far I don't have any problems but your experience is based on long term use
Children's advice.. try factory reset device, don't forget to back up account.

After update my Sony to android 13 version all works not bad, but now all my apps crashing and phone heating, i restart my phone and same shit... phone sometimes lag and crash apps and heating :/ its software problem or hardware?;/ Sony always after android update start lag?

Awesome device!! I really enjoy using it.. Comfortable to operate with one hand, pocketable/compact, beautiful display(unless you're priority is high refresh rate), amazing sound quality(wired or wireless/LDAC), camera setup doesn't interested me at all it's a absolutely champion in battery segment(9h sot and left 25% bat).. Notable mention: 3.5mm and SD card, which they rare hardware parts these years, sadly.

used the phone for about 5-6 months so far without any problems. battery lasts me probably 3-4 days on a single charge (mainly whatsapp, browsing and calls). all apps work fine and no bloatware. speakers and camera are fine. fairly lightweight but elongated shape makes it a bit cumbersome to hold. overall would still recommend if anyone is looking for a new upgrade.

It would be great if they increased the support up to 5y.
I really don't care if it's monthly, bimonthly, every 3 or even 6 months at the end of the support, but I do care how long is it.
I mean you could find a way to stretch the 24 updates you provide right now to 5y with a combination of updates every 1,2,3,6 months and have at the end just 24,just like now.

what would be awesome is if they made dual speaker, even if they use 2 small ones is better than 1 small one for the quality of sound it sounds very good, i think the speaker is in the bottom and maybe make the top also have a speaker, i have a xiaomi with a big bottom speaker and normal top speaker and it sounds so awesome but idk about the price like 400 is good i want to get a sony 10 iv and now im looking maybe im going to get the 10 v but for me 400 is already a lot i only bought 120$ phones till now and good ones
