MicroUSB is slower than C. Also cheaper and dated.

Most ppl does not know other cam apps can add stuff, so another fail.
Sony midranges have better screen than Xiaomi Redmi, by far ....

It's true that the note 5 pro does not have NFC or 4k video by default, but you can run 3rd party apps for that with EIS. But with 4000 mAh, a metal body (not plastic) and less than half the price for a smaller screen, there is no comparison.

Looking at the specs at the UK website I would be interested to know:
1. Is it splash resistant or splash-proof? Is it safe to use in light rain or accidental trip to the sink?
2. How clear and loud is the audio when connected with bluetooth headphones? (stereo/mono? bitrate?)
3. Heard the speakers seem loud on camera. But does it not distort at full volumes? Any bass to it?
4. Camera shutter as quick as an iPhone or Galaxy S8/9?
And how good are the cameras - dynamic range, sharpness, contrast, low-light, over/underexposure, stabilization (front & rear camera), lossless zoom (if any)?
Are the cameras wide-angle lens?
5. Screen any good in direct (on indirect) sunlight?
6. How long does it take to fully charge up to 100%?
9. Memory management any good? Phone able to load the app instantly?
10. Screen on time?
11. Did it have any pre-applied screen protector?
12. How speedy is the fingerprint scanner vs other phones?

after shifting brand from sony (15years sony(ericsson)midrange user) to asus (6mos now) theres a lot a feature than you can find in a sony mobile that were lacking in other brands as ive tried some other brands too...sony users who have also shifted brands gets my point regarding on those feats..as the new chief of sony says...sony is not samsung, sony is not huawei etc...sony is sony! ...and im eyeing this model to be my comeback sony phone..guess i have to stick to my original brand for good...so to those bashers and haters...try it before bashing

Apps and websites are optimized quite well to this, movies and series on Netflix looks great if they're in 21:9 and the battery life seems to be fine so far. Can't really complain except for the selfie camera which seems to colour my lips bright pink. That needs some work. Overall really pleased and happy i got it!
