If it is even POSSIBLE to even do that overheating, then the law says in many (EU and related) jurisdictions, that you have a right to refund. If an item sold has a design flaw like this, it is proven to have existed at the time and point of sale,...

Don't overload the phone. It will have heat issue and then if your motherboard or chips get it repairing it will be expensive .
